I was under the impression that I was there for a free consultation. It was free until I didn't get the implants from them because I couldn't get ahold of anyone to get an appointment. The charged me $75 and when I didn't pay it they sent it to collections. I've disputed it and won since he had no contact. I'm all for paying my bills but it has to be for something. Come on man quite hurting people's credit scores for nothing.

I have been going to Dr. Will for probably close to fifteen years now. I have always been treated professionally by the front desk staff, the hygienists, the Office Manager, Dr. Will and the dentists who have come since the beginning. Dr. Will also did my husband's dental implants back probably 10 years ago now. I was always afraid of the dentist until Dr. Will. Thanks for making me feel comfortable these days. We wouldn't see anyone else!

I had my dental implants done by Dr. Winterholler about 7 years ago. Since then I have moved to multiple different states and every single dentist I have seen since has made a comment on how well my implants were done. I would say 4 different dentists have given a hat tip to Dr. Winterholler’s work and each of these doctors were ones I was referred to by local implant surgeons for being the best in the area. I get more and more grateful for his work!

“Dr. Will” William Winterhollar is the most unprofessional dentist I’ve ever been to. The first dentist to see me (Chet) and I discussed what I wanted and came up with a plan. I made the next appt and showed up thinking I’d be getting my fillings, no i find out I am just taking a mold of my mouth. Not a big deal, but when making the appointment I was under the impression it was for the fillings needed on two teeth. I then make the next appointment for the actual fillings. I showed up and William Winterhollar walked in not Chet. We got started and in just a few minutes he started discussing with his tech another patient by name and also talking to me about his procedures and how “stupid” he is because he couldnt make it in for his appointments because of the snow, totally violating HIPAA. He was rough, never once checking to see how’s I was doing or if I need any numbing etc. long story short he didn’t match the color correctly and with the them being my front teeth, that’s kind of a big deal! I had to come back in for another hour consultation appointment, we all agreed the color was off and he needed to fix it so we made another appointment to do so but it wouldn’t be for another few weeks. Finally I showed up to the last appointment he colored them, but yet again not matching and in actuality making them look worse. He told me to give it a couple days and the color will look nice. I tried to like it but a week or so later I called back to see what we could do because Will told me that’s the best he can do and he can’t fix them perfectly. Problem is I’ve had my teeth done like this for 20 years and they looked great and the color was always matched to my liking. I was told to discuss issues with the office manager Jason. I talked to him he basically told me tough luck, it is what it is. Absolute worst customer service!

Dr. Chet was amazing. He listened was very patient and had an open mind and ears. He expressed the best bedside manner and professionalism. He truly is one of thee best down to earth dentist. I truly reccomend this place and I don't usually have a good thing to say about dentist but this time I do. Smiles :)

I recently took both my children in for their normal cleanings. My son is 6 and actually need two front teeth extracted to make room for his permanent teeth coming in. I also took my 2-1/2 year old in for a cleaning. I was very impressed by their professional manner of the staff there. The hygienist was patient, thorough, and very "kid friendly." Dr. Winterholler made my son feel at ease and quickly extracted the teeth without much fuss from my son at all! The office manager and front office staff were also friendly and professional making the entire experience at the office enjoyable. My kids are still asking when they can go back for their next cleaning - that says it all!
