Highly recommended this office! I have had alot of dental anxiety and they have 100% done everything to ease that anxiety! I should've reviewed them sooner because I think they are amazing and they are all very friendly and do a wonderful job, but wanted to review them now because I saw a very hurtful personal attack on their business and one of their hygienists personally today and I took it very offensively! Now I'm not one to be easily offended, as I am no "Karen", however, this attack rubbed me the wrong way. First of all..... Not only is this hygienists voice not an issue, it is quite comforting to me and she is super friendly, amazing at her job, and has excellent bedside manner.... Something I know alot about since I am a nurse and since she is the most professional and friendly hygienist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Second.... Dr. Murdock has given me my dream smile after years of anxiety, pain, dental issues and dealing with actual awful dentists and offices.... I highly recommend EVERYONE to Dr. Murdock and his amazing, kind, compassionate, and professional staff! They will take great care of you and ease any anxiety you may have. I appreciate them all so much! And last but not least..... Willy Wonka would be proud of the blueberry homage.... Lol..... Just kidding..... But I worked in a hospital in northern Indiana and those were the exact scrub colors we were required to wear.....while not my favorite color choice, they are all beautiful in them and it in NO WAY hinders their ability to do their job and do it all! And whoever you are "Karen", who wrote the nasty review, who gave you the right to personaly attack someone on something so petty as color of scrubs and sound of their voice.... Something they have no control over?!? Sorry, I was raised with better manners than that. Get a life ma'am..... I am a veteran who was homeless for years, cage fighting to get by (had teeth knocked out & no dental insurance) . This dentist was extremely rude and belittled me by talking down to me about the quality and care I’ve put into my teeth and saying “it’s my fault my teeth are the way they are”. And disrespectfully told me that i should “go somewhere else to get the care i need”. I know my teeth are like this because of me and wasn’t blaming anyone at this facility for the current state of my teeth. I did not appreciate being disrespected by this dentist.

I haven't sent in a review before as I just can't seem to find the right words to express how wonderful I feel (and my teeth look) after Dr. Murdock gave me a smile restoration. I've been going to Murdock Family Dentistry for a little over a year now after breaking another tooth. My husband and son have went there for years and kept telling me that they're the best. I believe them now!! Dr. Murdock has been a miracle worker with my teeth! Not only do I have a bright new beautiful smile, my teeth actually fit together! I've had several dentists do major work over the years and this the first time I actually can bite together completely! Dr. Murdock is a perfectionist, my crowns are so beautifully natural looking and never once did I feel any pain during all the work he performed. His assistants and office staff are awesome too! I feel like I'm part of a new family now. I can never say enough how great everyone at Murdock's has treated me! Thank you!! I love my teeth & smile! :)

When they walked me back to where all of the patient chairs were set up, I noticed each had a TV for the patient to watch to distract them, which is ok...a bit odd. What caught my eye was each was pre-set to Fox News. That gave me a very "political" feeling. The exam went fine, but I won't go back to where I feel uncomfortable.
