Dr. Patterson is wonderful, and the professional staff are great, but the front staff aren't great if you pay attention. Probably efficient, but there is an undertone. I was really turned off to hear the woman behind the front desk going on about how Trump actually won, despite all the proof to the contrary. It was entirely inappropriate. I voted for him too, but the truth is the truth and it makes me question their judgement. It was mostly the one who always sits closest to the door, but the other one was chiming in too. The same one nearest the door also got snippy before when a mistake was made on her part regarding my insurance. She is the one with the rude undertones. She especially makes me consider going elsewhere. The others are great, but the friendly demeanor at the door is false when you pay attention. Been going for a few years. They are the face and it's not great.

I had been with Dr. Patterson for over 20 years. They had a billing mix-up with an old address that caused them to send a bill to collections. They claim they called us multiple times but we didn't receive any calls and they didn't have any records of the calls. We have also received other bills from them at our new address just fine. We called them to figure out the issue and the blame was passed to us. We never had any issues until this but will be going elsewhere.

I have been going to him for over 20 years now, when he was still located downtown. Not only is he great at what he does, he always frames it in a way that lets you know what you HAVE to do now and what can wait. He never pushes procedures. The staff is always friendly and accomodating and I highly recommend Robert for teeth cleaning. If I had to come up with something negative to say, I could't think of it, and that more than anything says a lot to me.
