Great place, but horrible at rescheduling appointments/having availability. If you need to have your appointment moved/on certain days of the week- you better call 8 months in advance.

This is not a full service Dental, they are good at cleaning and x-rays, but that is it they do not stand behind their services and they dental program is terrible. I could go on, but will leave it at that.

I highly recommend Yellowstone Family Dental!!! I had somewhat of an emergency with one of my fillings falling out and they were able to get me in that same day, being a new patient at all. Dental offices are not my favorite place to hang out; however, Ruth and Dr. Pearson made my experience amazing! The numbing injections are my worst nightmare but, no joke, Dr. Pearson did such a GREAT job I couldn’t even feel the needle injection or the stinging as the numbing was injected. Plus, I had zero pain at the injection sites the next day. This was the easiest filling I’ve ever had done. I’ve found my new dental office and dentist!!! Thank you Ruth and Dr. Pearson, I appreciate you working me into the schedule and getting me fixed up!

I moved into town from out of state with a serious problem and I needed a fix. They instantly saw cash signs and tried to exploit the situation, they wanted me to spend $300 on an appointment just to go over the treatment plan that was $24,000, I found someone else to do a repair for $1400 that lasted me over a year, he’s got to pay for those expensive TV commercials somehow, his building is nicer than most banks .. Aggressive overcharging of customers

I waited for over 6 months to get an appointment and I come down with a respiratory virus the day before my appointment and they can't reschedule me until the end of March. Guess I'll look elsewhere.

This is a good group of people. I did have to come back several times and changed from repairing to replacing with a crown. The crown does keep getting loose but Im sure when I go to see them They will get it figured out. I still rested them well as they have doe a fabulous job with my whole family Highly recommend.

Amazing place, receptionist are always friendly, hygienists we're great, and Dr's are very professional. But appoinments were hard to make they are booked way out, not their fault just alot of patients we're always trying to fit me in where they could... would still recommend this dental clinic to anyone

They sent the wrong information to the oral surgeon so they did not complete the work properly. Now I have to go through many more steps to get this fixed. Carry was very rude and unhelpful. She even had the nerve to ask if I was sure they didn't place the implant. She could have read her notes and realized they infact only ordered an extraction. Not friendly at all. I should have trusted my gut feelings.

I was in Billings Montana for my husband‘s job. We are from Minnesota and I had a very large feeling breakout. I looked at reviews of dentists in the area and Yellowstone family dental had the best! I can see why! They got me in within four days to do the exam which I needed a crown and I knew that ahead of time because I was going to get one when I got back to Minnesota. A few days later they had me back in there and I was able to get everything done in one appointment! Amazing Hi check equipment they have here and the dentist and all the assistance were wonderful to work with so friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and the biggest thing… They have an excellent insurance plan which made this crown cheaper than anyone I have ever gotten before! Thank you Yellowstone family dental! I wish I could come here all the time!
