The hygentist Mandi basically harassed me because "my energy appeared to be annoyed." I waited 20 minutes for an appointment I was on time for. She contined to carry on about how annoyed I appeared and said "all medical fields are late." She then said if I was going to keep on with my annoyed attitude I could reschedule. I rebuttabled, "no all medical fields do not run late." And then we really got into it and I said you don't even know me and what wrong side of the bed did you get up on?" I had an appointment at 9am. Was there at 8:55, watched several other patients called in. After 10 minutes, I asked how much longer I would be waiting. The front desk went back and asked, I was told only a few more minutes. Which turned into 10 more minutes. If the first appointment of the day was running behind, due your due diligence and communicate that to the next patients. Each hygentist and front desk person wears a headset.

Dr. Lyons is the absolute best. I appreciate his recommendation and guidance on what treatments are in best interest. Whether is preventative or corrective I have full confidence in his ability. He is very kind and makes you feel at ease in the treatment room. My hygiene appointments always consistent and thorough. The front desk is knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend Bozeman Dental Associates.

Excellent experience. Dr. Mortenson knew exactly what to do wit my popped crown [cement it back in]. It fits perfectly. Dr. Mortenson and his whole staff are very personable and a pleasure to see.

Dr. M is the best dentist! He has made all my visits simple and easy. I had a really big fear of dentists and this man made it all go away. Great manors and humor.

I'm Yang. I experienced it like a nightmare in this dental clinic. Dr. Lyons helped me pull out a tooth. it's very unprofesional, and very irresponsible. The outer bone was crooked by him. Two weeks after the tooth extraction, it broke my tongue. Drinking hurts, causing me to spend another $300 to go to other hospitals to smooth it. Maybe Because I'm from China, but what I want to say is that as irresponsible as you. It's terrible thing, especially a doctor. I'm a sushi chef myself. It's like ensuring that food clean is basic responsibility. Second, you should treat all living things well. Maybe you will be Chinese in your next life. God is fair. I hope you can change it in the future.

Dr. Mortenson and his team are wonderful. I travel from out of town because they’ve always taken such good care of me. You couldn’t ask for a better dentist!

The Team at Bozeman Dental are top notch. I had a random crown fall off while on vacation in Montana. Not only were the Bozeman Dental team able to get me in on a urgent basis within two days but their customer service was on point and I always felt welcomed. Being from out of state I didn’t know who to trust but in this case I chose right thank you Bozeman Dental for helping me save my vaca!

They told me my tooth was infected , has a hole and needed to be pulled . Turns out another Dentist took one look and gave me a proper filling , saved the tooth and all is well. Skip this place

I was a high energy child that played a lot of contact sports, and during this time I chipped/destroyed the better part of my front teeth. I was extremely self conscious of the way my teeth looked, to a point where I couldn’t really smile/laugh around people in fear of negative judgement!! I expressed these feelings overtime with Dr. Mortenson, and with his HUGE HEART we came up with a plan……….!😁 He’s honestly one of the kindest hearted people I’ve ever met, and gave me a better smile than I ever could’ve imagined having!! Dr. Mortenson seemed to me to be a solution in search of a problem. I went in because I had three cavities total all surface level. The Dentist here decided that the real number was 13 and wanted to schedule me for two appointments to get that cleared up. I sent this to my previous dentist (who had taken xrays only a month or so ago) and they were appalled at this. I have good insurance which would cover 2k, but I would still be paying hundreds out of pocket for the procedures, which I believe were entirely unnecessary. Dr Mortenson himself had the bedside manner of a mortician, I found him creepy more than endearing which admittedly did not help my overall impression. Perhaps there are people who appreciate being told things like "I will treat you like a delicate flower" by a complete stranger as he describes putting 13 fillings into their mouths, but I am not one such person. The rest of the staff was cordial and friendly, but my friends are also friendly and I can visit my friends without being charged more than 2000 dollars. I am seeking a new dentist.

I feel immensely fortunate to have found my way to Bozeman Dental Associates. The front office staff is friendly & helpful, the hygienists are personable and capable, and the dentists are superb. I have been seen both by Dr. Lyons and Dr. Mortenson. They are both great, but I am especially appreciative of Dr. Mortenson. He is deeply experienced, has a fine & dry sense of humor, and does brilliant work (most recently, restoring a laminate I had lost with a truly artful touch).

Appreciate that I received appointment in a crisis situation. Very sensitive to my needs.
