They also showed generosity when I coudln't make it to the appointment and offered me to reschedule without even needing to pay the fee, I appreciated it. I love this place! Everyone here is so nice and helpful. The ones I have come in contact with are Dr. Shannon and one of her hygienists, Megan, who did my intensive cleaning (I think it was called root planing and tooth scaling). They know what they are doing and are really compassionate and fun people. The receptionists are very nice as well. There is one other lady whose name I did not catch who helped me, along with Dr. Shannon one day when I went in with major pain from a procedure I had somewhere else and she was awesome too. I can imagine everyone else in there is very pleasant and good at what they do as well based on my experience so far!
