We could not have asked for a better experience! We discovered my son had oral ties around 4 months old, from the moment I called Dr. Reece's office I was overwhelmingly happy with them. I had a lot of questions with my initial call and the person I spoke with over the phone was so well educated on the procedure she was able to answer all of them and in depth! We went for the evaluation appointment and Dr. Reece explained everything so well. She was also very encouraging with the whole team approach to the releases and making sure we were doing body work, suck training, etc. We did the procedure that same visit and she was so gentle with him. My son is two weeks out from his procedure and I am so happy we chose Dr. Reece to go to. We drove from the western part of the state, and it is very nice to have someone this close and not have to travel to the east part or another state for a knowledgeable, quality provider!

If your child is struggling to breastfeed, consider taking them to Dr. Stacy. The child may have a tongue and/or lip tie that Dr. Stacy can successfully remove. When my daughter was born, it was immediately identified that she had both a lip and tongue tie. We had a ENT clip her tongue, and they said they could not do anything for the lip tie because is was pliable enough. A month and half in to our breastfeeding journey, I could tell things were not right based on my experience breastfeeding my other children. My daughter was constantly congested, milk dribbled out the side of her mouth, she spit up a lot, she clamped down and pulled (ouch!), and she often fell asleep while feeding. She also didn't take a pacifier or bottle well. I was referred to Dr. Stacy by both my lactation consultant and a friend who is a dental hygienist. I was blown away by the wealth of information Dr. Stacy had on the importance of the human tongue and its connection to other everyday functions that I take for granted. I learned that my daughter's tongue tie was STILL there -- even after it was clipped. This is because the clipping tool does not cut back far enough, but a laser can precisely remove the entire tongue tie. And her lip tie could be removed, too -- I was thankful that an option even existed after being told "no" by both the ENT and pediatrician. Since the procedure, things have improved. Her latch is deeper and she is able to fill her tummy with milk instead of air, thus greatly reducing the spit ups along with several other concerns. Dr. Stacy took the time to explain the stretching exercises to ensure that the tissue did not reconnect, and she schedules a one week follow up. She's patient and lets you ask as many questions as you have to empower you with the knowledge you need to make an informed decision. If you are a breastfeeding mom who is struggling to feed her child and feel like you've run out of options, don't give up! Go in for a consultation with Dr. Stacy --

I have been seeing Dr. Reece on a regular basis as I have experienced several dental issues. I am always impressed by her knowledge and skills. The term “Advanced Dentistry” suits her practice perfectly. She is able to explain and perform procedures that other dentists have never offered. I trust her implicitly. Everyone on her staff is friendly and accommodating. Her Oral Hygienist, Kristy, is exceptional. She is also very knowledgeable, and when she cleans my teeth, they are sparkling clean!

Dr. Stacy and her team are so personable and caring. They always go above and beyond every time I visit them. My daughter has enlarged tonsils and Dr. Reece has talked to me about it; she suggested other doctors to give me their prospective, and she provided detailed recommendations. Additionally, she made me aware of possible work that might need to be done and reminded me to keep in mind that things could change since my daughter is only 4 - lots of development ahead of her. The office keeps pictures and we can take a look back to assist with future decision and work if necessary. We moved to another city, and we are not planning on finding another doctor because they are on my top list of the best.

When I found out my son had a tongue tie I called their office since they’re one of the only clinics in Kearney that does the cold laser removal for babies. They were able to get me in right away, made sure I was educated in the process, post procedure exercises, and the why behind doing the procedure. The staff and providers were extremely sweet. I would, and will, recommend my friends to Advanced Dentistry!

My husband and I had a consultation with Dr. Reece to determine if our newborn child would benefit from a lip and tongue tie release. Our lactation consultant recommended visiting Dr. Reece to discuss our options and the potential benefits from the operation. Dr. Reece is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. She is the best dentist I’ve gone to in my 65 years. Her staff is wonderful, as well. Everyone is welcoming and professional. Kristi cleans teeth both thoroughly and gently. I know my teeth will get the very best care at Advanced Dentistry. We are fortunate Dr. Reece has set up practice in Kearney.

Dr. Holmes is a great, friendly dentist who understands that having dental work done is not something people look forward to. He is smart about how much work to do to make sure insurance is paying as much as possible, and is very professional and polite with his patients.
