Never the same dentist working in the office, sub-par work, scheduled cleanings not covered by insurance, then charged me for it. This is probably the worst dentist office I've ever gone to in Reno. This place only cares about one thing: getting your money, nothing else matters. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Google needs to make a (- star) system to describe how bad some places are, this is one of them.

My husband and I both have had great experience here. We’ve had minor emergencies and were seen same day, Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable, Mala the dental assistant is so nice and friendly, and the front office staff are super helpful. I especially like that I can get bite guards, dental cleaning and oral surgery all in the same place!

where to start my wife who is handicapped receives no assistance when entering build to transfer in chair. she received a new bridge last year another disaster first they didn’t secure same and she swallow it same then second time around fell off . now after having root canal in another office they never received reply till we showed up for appointment. after crown arrived necessary to make another appointment as color totally off i’ve invested approx 13 k in work at this facility and you never see the same employee s time to move on

Edit: Called number below, got a call center. Which they told me I'd get a call back... never happened. The work is rushed, the providers are a revolving door. They don't have a Cerec machine for crowns, they will use a glorified soldering iron to burn your gums and the x-ray machine is from a bygone age. To boot about 30 minutes of work costs $1300 and its done poorly. Tooth still hurts, can't chew on my left side. For quality of life, steer clear.

Dr. Kohl - Endo provider did my root canal. Assistant Lilly and Luz at the front desk. The service was excellent. The staff was direct about how the procedure worked, I have had 4 previous root canals and this was the first time it was painless.
