Champagne Family Dentistry

The staff were super friendly and compassionate…they worked hard to alleviate anxiety and to make me comfortable with the entire experience. They never once made me feel judged for having issues, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that they were able to do the entire crown procedure in house, immediately. No waiting days or having to come in for a second visit to get my tooth fixed. Great job!

1] I was referred to them, so this is the first time I used them. I recently moved to this area after 60 years with one Dental office, I tried a corporate Dental office, boy that was a big mistake they said there was more things wrong then there was, and it cost twice as much as my old Dental office did. Champagne Dentistry says they are privately owned and not a corporate office so we shall watch and see. Every one I met there is very nice and of what I see they like working together, so that is a plus. They're efficient and friendly. 2] Now with Covid going on they are just as well organized. And very good with their safety precautions in keeping every one safe The good thing is that they will work with you, with a cost payment program, because my lossey individual insurance thru Dental insurance company (Delta Dental PPO) has always found a reason to not cover very much so far. There not like they use to be when I was covered under my employers group dental program. 3] This is my third year ( not counting our loss of 2 years with covid.) with Champagne Dental. I am very happy with this dental office. They are all very kind and caring in the office. The Hygienists take time and does not rush you. I hope to stay with Champage Dental for a long time. 😁

Visit went great did not have to wait everyone was friendly always a good experience . I was late I thought my appoint was the next day they called me and so happy that i was able to still come in for my appointment .

I had another 6 month check up today with Champagne Family Dentistry and it was the same as it always has been.....absolutely fabulous! My favorite hygienist Ana is the best I have ever experienced....fast, thorough and so gentle, plus she has a GREAT sense of humor. I noticed the check-in has been streamlined, which seems to add to a more efficient experience for the patient as well as the staff. I really don't know what more CFD can do to make things more pleasant or efficient for everyone, but I'm sure they will come up with something. Taking care of your health is the best thing you can do for yourself, and having a team like Champagne Family Dentistry on your side will definitely help you get there!

Dr.Defilippi is amazing !! She had me fitted for dentures and walked me though the entire process from start to finish. She knew I was very apprehensive about having my teeth pulled out and she comforted me and answered all of my questions to make me feel at ease. She is the GREATEST !!

So far I just went in for a consultation but I have a pretty extreme phobia of the dentist, major anxiety issues and very sensitive teeth but the doctors and dental assistants made me feel the best they could and I really really appreciate that. They were very speedy with getting my booked for my cleanings, wisdom teeth pulling & other work because I am on a time limit with insurance..which is very rare for a dental place to go out of their way to do that for you. Going in for my deep cleaning tomorrow and feeling a bit scared but a lot better knowing I’m in good hands!
