My first impression of Heinen Family Dentistry was very good. I'm a new patient, so I expected a glitch or two. No way. Communication was perfect and Dr. Heinen and her staff were as friendly and skilled as I've ever experienced. I feel like I won the lottery! I'll update this after my crown is replaced in October. The crown replacement is perfect! Their hygienists are as good as they get! Dr. Heinen has the perfect combination of skills and personality! I'll be using them for the rest of my days (and hopefully that will be a bunch)!!

I’ve been coming here for about two years, and everything has been great! The people are super nice, the cleaning isn’t painful, and they’re nice about telling me I need to floss more while still being assertive I need to do it. I became a patient at Heinen’s Family Dentistry because many relatives and friends go there. I do not have good teeth and need work done frequently. Everyone said I should go to Dr. Maggie as she does crowns in one sitting and you don’t have to go back a second time. I have now had a half dozen crowns done at this office and am so happy I became a patient - it does only take one trip to the office per crown. The staff is wonderful and so professional and caring. And there is no one like Dr. Maggie for total commitment to her patients and making certain they have the best work and services possible. She is so compassionate and very gentle. I’m SO SO glad I am a patient of this super dentistry office.

I don't know anyone who is fond of dentists. I certainly am not, even though I only need to get my teeth cleaned. I have not seen a dentist in over 14 years. I really needed and wanted my teeth cleaned. I wanted a dentist in Sparks. My kid's original dentist retired after my daughter graduated from high school. My poor son had to go through several ok dentists before finding this office. My son and husband go here and really like the office. I have brought my son here for several appointments. As a matter of fact, the front office was so kind and professional that I decided to try it for myself. I am so glad I did. I am beyond pleased with the dental hygienist and Margaret Heinen. What a great office. (I really wish that I had remembered the name of the hygienist that I saw as she was top-notch). Kathy the receptionist is friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional. They offer fresh-baked cookies and cold water bottles.
