I arrived for an appointment at 08h30. Due to the severity of my medical issue, Dr. Coyne cleared his schedule and asked me to come back at 11h00. He then spent the next several hours doing multiple root canals and getting rid of a bad infection. Top notch service and he took car of the emergency. Thank you Dr. Coyne!

They said they would accept our federal employee's dental insurance so we accepted an appointment with them. Only to find out after the appointment that they are Out-of-Network. So we have to pay a $50 deductible and 10% of the entire bill. When everything they did would of been free if they had been honest and told us when we first called them. This was our very first experience of seeing a dentist and using insurance. This experience has taught us a needlessly expensive lesson and left a bad taste in our mouths! We'll be sure to tell everyone we know how deceived we feel and never go back to ADG!

Showed up early to take care of any new patient paperwork requirements; actually got in early. The dentist passed up several opportunities to inflate the bill and simply removed a six year old failed implant. Polite and courteous staff. In a follow up visit, all went well. The office would occasionally call to see if I could come in on an open day. Very unusual for Alamogordo.
