Very professional! They scheduled me in very quickly. Will do future dental work here again. I am from El Paso, and was here taking care of my sister, when my crown cracked. Everything in house. Made the crown there within 2 hrs. Went in at 8 am out by 10 am. My dentist in El Paso has to send all his work out of office. Days or week before I had gotten my crown.

My childs front tooth broke on President's Day. The office was closed, however, the next day when they reopened, they were able to get her in to be seen. During the visit, cost estimations for it to be fixed were explained and a filling was put on her tooth during the same visit. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They made my child feel at ease, they answered all my questions and concerns. I am very grateful for their knowledge and expertise.

Took my kiddo to get his braces and we were both so happy with this place. Andrea put his braces on and she was very kind and helpful, explained everything to us and answered all our questions. First visit in over a year because of COVID. My normal hygienist was no longer working. I was escorted back and had my teeth (what was left of them) deep cleaned. Absolutely painless! Had an Orthodontist check out my upper 5 teeth and he and I came to the same conclusion that they all need to be removed and a full upper made for me! And at what I consider a very good price. Hallelujah! I'm getting tired of eating mostly soft foods. I've been going here for almost 4 years and have been treated very well each time.

Every time I call to make an appointment for myself or a family member I get a call back stating they had to reschedule to a different time/day. Then I get spam texts and emails days after the appointment begging for a review on social media. How about focus on quality of service instead of quantity. 🤷‍♂️

Mountain View dental, has always been great, but I will say this last time I was in, I left feeling with some uncertainties. I can’t remember the actual Dentist who was answering my questions, however he didn’t seem to understand or try too, nor care , and his answer was (well it’s yours you paid for it do what you want with it) I was definitely perplexed by his response.
