On the day of my procedure, they called to tell me that the printed estimate they gave me was incorrect... by $3250. I told them I needed to call them back—I was starting to feed my (crying) baby when they called—and then they called me three times, then they called my emergency contact, to see if they could schedule other people during that time. I’m incredibly disappointed and simply not ready to suddenly part with thousands of dollars because “we didn’t catch our mistake before now, sorry.” Of course I’m upset. This feels so much like a greed-fueled bait-and-switch. The price was increased 5x and I had to decide right then if I wanted to keep my appointment. I would have laughed... but instead cried some pitiful postpartum tears into the ears of two increasingly impatient-sounding women. I will go on living my closed-mouth-smile-life.

Needed a broken molar extracted. $2000 and 6 weeks and an absessed tooth later....getting it extracted. Waste of time and money.

Having come from a great dentist in Florida, I was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Tucker's office. I received a reminder call the day before my appointment. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a smiling face, and every person that was at the office acknowledged my presence with a smile. My dental tech, performed my cleaning well and I was pleasantly surprised to find out, from Dr. Tucker that I did not have a cavity, as told by a prior dentist. My dental tech made several helpful recommendations for the health of my teeth. Finally, having no dental insurance, so I was very happy with the cost of my visit. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone who is looking for quality care, with reasonable cost, and a caring staff.
