My appointment was at 3pm. I got there signed in and wasn’t called back until 5pm. Then I also had to wait about 30 minutes in the back. All I was there for was a cleaning that took 10 minutes. If i wasn’t going to be seen until 5, why not say my appointment is at 5? That’s kinda ridiculous.

Made an appointment at 2:30 pm waited an hour, a lot of people came in some before and some after me were taken to the back, probably 8 total, to wait for the doctor to see them, they are overbooking for the amount of doctors they have, making the patients wait way too long. I cancelled my appointment and will schedule when they first open or will I go somewhere else.
