Muy poco profesionalismo por más de 2 meses estuve esperando mi cita y hoy viernes 7 de enero 2022 llego a la sita y espero por 30 minutos y llega otra persona y la pasan a ella, y pregunto que paso pues mi sita es a las 3:30 , y la mujer me dice que es que ella llego por algo rápido, ni cita tenia la otra persona. Acto seguido me dicen que si quiero reprogramar mi sita dentro de otro mes , que tristeza que estos negocios sean a si deberían de no darles licencia para trabajar , lástima perder un día de trabajo para nada , no es justo, nomas por la ineptitud de esa clase de personas, yo no lo recomiendo para nada es pésimo el personal y los dentistas de ese lugar.

I had another great experience at the Santa Fe Dentist Office. I reviewed this facility some time ago, and feel the need to write another one after my last visit. I had another bridge put in. I appreciate all the care and work put into making it fit just right, like it belongs! The folks in this office, from the receptionists, to the dental hygienists, and Dr Wynn show a great deal of care for me. I appreciate that I am not just a number at this office. Thank you again. I am happy that I found a dentist office that I can trust, and am grateful for the work they all do!

Been coming here for years even since I moved out of town. Hands down - the best dentist I’ve ever had! The entire team is always professional and friendly!

I've been a faithful patient here for five years and am committed to stay. Dr Winn is very capable and gentle. The technicians and assistants are great. The reception staff have been very helpful with the labyrinth that is my insurance and have saved me hundreds of unnecessary co-payments. I first came in with an emergency toothache and I was mercifully fit into the schedule. Since then, I've had many checkups and cleanings. I've also referred a few more friends who are as enchanted as I am. I'm so glad I found this office.

Let me start off by saying I honestly don’t leave many reviews. After my visit I felt the need to ensure everyone knew how friendly and amazing the staff was! Codi was my hygienist and she was by far the best I’ve ever had! She talked you through everything and made sure you were comfortable at all times! I will make sure that when I book my next appointment it’ll be with her!

Two years ago, when the other dental office I was going to was totally booked up, I was referred to Santa Fe Dentist Office to complete a procedure. This turned out to be good fortune, and I have been going there ever since. After a further fifteen or more visits (I had a whole mouthful of problems!), I can report that they are very professional and pleasant to work with. I've had root canals, crowns, fillings and extractions, finishing up with dentures. The folks at Santa Fe Dentist Office were good at answering all of my questions, and they have worked with me, within reason of course, on scheduling and financial matters. Dr. Wynn and staff are great, and I recommend them to anyone who needs great dental care.

I figured I could book an appointment in about 5 minutes so I tried calling between a memorial service and burial service. Took me 23 minutes to schedule an appointment. I pretty much had to cut the phonecall short bc they were gonna make me late to the service by taking 15 minutes to check for availability and another 7 minutes of questions that didn't need to be answered over the phone. I'm sure this is a great place of business with great service, but they need to streamline their scheduling

I am grateful to have found The Santa Fe Dentist Office. I felt the warmth and caring from the time I walked in when I was greeted by the receptionists, just what most of us hope for when we go into any business, especially when it comes to any type of medical facility! The dental hygienist was careful and considerate, especially with putting the x-ray equipment in my mouth. I have had others be so rough with dental work and just go through the motions of getting the work done without much regard for the patient. I was then greeted by Dr. Wynne who listened thoroughly to my concerns. She put me at ease, and explained that I needed a root canal. I had to have a new bridge put in as well. The old bridge was 25 years old! I appreciate that I was given an endodontist for the root canal who was spoken about highly by the staff, and not just someone I was referred to off premises. Ryan Wilson, the endodontist, was friendly and thorough with his explanation on the work I had to get done after the root canal. He's good at what he does! I appreciate that Dr. Wynne welcomed my questions about the work I had to get done. I thought I was asking too many questions, and she encouraged me to ask as many as I wanted. She along with the dental hygienist made sure I was comfortable. My bottom front tooth chipped on the inside a few days before getting the work done for my bridge. Of coarse I thought the worst and figured I needed a crown. It was really sharp and my tongue knew it was there all day long! Dr. Wynne explained that these things happen to people's teeth and that she could easily fix it by smoothing it out. Well, she fixed and it's like it never happened! The folks at this facility are welcoming, caring, and engaged. Dr. Wynne is really good at being a dentist! All the folks in the office care. Update: Unfortunately SF Dentist Office has had a lot of turnover. There's a different dentist now and there have been several different hygienists. Today a new one just started. The one before didn't last a year. This is so disappointing. If this office wasn't incredibly conveniently located, I would have moved somewhere else. ______________________________________________________________________ My husband & I have been using SF Dentist Office for a coupla years. I have to admit I didn't expect too much from what I assumed was a “chain” dentist office. But I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I really like Dr Montgomery. He’s kind & caring & competent & pays attention to what I say. And I really like Ariana, the dental hygienist. Between the 2 of them and their conservative approach, my teeth are in way better shape than they used to be. I also like their conservative periodontist, Dr Sasan. He encourages me to keep on taking great care of my teeth and is not in any way pushing me into expensive, painful surgery. :-) I have always taken the best care of my teeth I know how to do. But it wasn’t good enough. I have periodontal disease which destroys bone and leads to losing teeth. They showed me how to use a SonicCare tooth brush AND a WaterPik twice a day. And now my gums and teeth are in very good shape. If I had been using these tools for the previous years I would not have the bone loss that I have. So I’m pleased to recommend this dental practice. My husband too is pleased with the office. A coupla weeks ago he broke a tooth on a Friday night. He called SF Dentist Saturday morning. They not only got him in right away, but they X-rayed the teeth which showed that the tooth in question was broken as was the next one. Then they spent hours on a Saturday drilling the teeth and making/installing 2 crowns. Dr Montgomery was careful to give him enough Novocain to make sure he had no pain. The crowns fit perfectly. Went in for a cleaning. First time there. Had a gum test done and was told needed a appointment for treatment. No cleaning was done. Double checked with front desk and was no charge. Months later I get voice-mail how they can't find my insurance ID and now am getting a bill for 182.00 for basically them doing nothing. This place is a scam. Beware!

I visited this dentistry office 3 times, and the front desk screwed something up every time. The final straw was a hygienist appointment that was scheduled for today. They texted appointment confirmation as usual a couple of days prior to the appointment. When I arrived, the person at the front desk could not find my appointment. Oh wait, "there are no hygienists in on Mondays!" she told me. Then, she asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I told her politely that I'd find a new dentist. The bottom line is that the care was fine, but the office staff is poorly trained.

This place is way too expensive for the mediocre care they deliver. They like to scam patients who are uneducated about their teeth into paying for treatments they don't need. They also overcharge for procedures like root canals even if you have insurance. Don't go here unless you have countless amounts of money to blow because that's all they care about.

Really, really wonderful experience here. Everyone was kind, considerate, prompt, and just generally created a very positive office environment (which is especially important because going to the dentist is never exactly fun).

I came into this office as a new patient and for my semi annual teeth cleaning, purely because they were able to get me on schedule so quickly whereas my first choices were booked out for a couple months or more. At first sight, I was very impressed by the large and well put together facility. However it didn’t take long for the red flags to begin revealing themselves. Firstly, there were many spaces within the facility which wasn’t a concern but as I was taken to my room, I noticed that there were few exployees and they seemed to be constantly running around serving different purposes. There wasn’t a hygienist on site and many of employees served different roles that I were out of there scope. An example is the receptionist also serves as a scriber and the x ray tec also cleaned my teeth. The tec explained to me how much of the policies and practices devoted away from much of what she was taught in school such as taking 30 minutes to properly clean teethe whereas at this office they don’t want you to spend anymore than 5 minutes cleaning patient’s teeth. I asked her is she believed this to result in a decrease quality and she hesitantly admitted it does exactly that. Next, when the dentist came to examine my teeth, she didn’t appeared to be very happy, so I asked her if this was her practice and she humorously laughed it off and explained to me that she is only an employee and that the owner or owners are not actually physicians but a corporation aka investors. This offered some context to the early red flags, as the business model is more tailored after that of a corporation that sees no issue with sacrificing quality for quantity. Before beginning a exam, I was given a pair of sunglasses to protect my eyes from the strong medical lights which was not an issue and a common practice. In getting ready to put them on, I noticed how filthy they were full of oil and some other gunk I don’t wanna begin to try to figure out. I kindly asked that they clean the sunglasses

I would avoid this organization and Santa Fe Modern Dentistry. These organizations are very unprofessional and pad their bills with what is known as "revenue enhancement items" that the insurance companies will not cover. They will spring these charges on you at the last minute, and refuse to provide real estimates from your insurance company in advance. Really bad organizations, and you would do well to stay clear of these people. Both organizations routinely receive horrible 1 star reviews.

Went in for six month cleaning. Unprofessional staff at front desk. Thought ok, they are having a bad day. Got a good, painless cleaning from new dental assistant and was told dentist will be in to check my teeth. After waiting a half hour someone came in to see me to say new dentist had an emergency and can’t see me today, can I come back? I asked where is dr. Montgomery and she said he went back to school. No professionalism whatsoever. I should have been notified somehow, either by letter or at least someone in the office before appointment. Also, two weeks ago my husband lost a filling and called the office. They could not see him for two weeks, and he has pain. How bad is this group of people?!

Excellent dentist office! Super friendly staff and doctors who make the whole process comfortable, easy to understand, and efficient. I had a deep clean, root canal, and crown done by them and it was an overall great experience.
