The staff are awesome at Beautiful Smiles. They explained all options financially and willing to help. Dr John is very professional and explains all options. He went above and beyond to make sure i didnt leave without a fake tooth in the front of my mouth. He tried everything until it worked. I couldn't be more grateful for what he did. I highly recommend this office.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to ANY dental work due to a previous bad experience with a DIFFERENT dentist. Dr. Nangle is the absolute best he goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The staff is also the best ever! Very accommodating to my special requests!

I have been going to them for years and I switched insurances from Excellus to another Excellus plan and I called to make an appointment I was notified that they weren’t accepting any more new Excellus patients but I’m an already established patient for over 6 yrs!! Now I have to find a new dentist!!! Wow they wouldn’t even make an exception. I’m really distraught because I hate going to dentist in the 1st place and now I have to find a new dentist!

I have had nothing but GREAT experiences with this Dentist office. It is the best in the area. The staff is super professional, polite, & friendly. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a good office. They are super busy catching up from the pandemic but they'll try and squeeze you in anyway they can

I’m so thrilled I have them for a dentist! I have been going to beautiful smiles for six years now. First off, the office staff is amazing. They have made my appointments accommodating. Anytime I have had a dental emergency they were able to get me in right away. I love my dental hygienist, she is very thorough, and so very nice. The dentists are wonderful! They are top notch and know what they are doing. I would honestly give them more stars if I could.

I have been seeing this dentist for years. I have received nothing but great care! The office is spotless and technology up to date. My most recent visit during COVID times was a breeze, checked on from my car and escorted inside to my exam room. The dental hygienist (wish I got her name) was extraordinary! She was so knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I will always recommend beautiful smiles.

Dental work is one of those things people usually cringe about paying for....not me. I will happily hand my money over to Dr. Nangle ANY time I need a dentist. He and the other staff make me feel so at ease, and have such a gentle touch. I had a filling fixed today with zero novocaine...ZERO! I didn't know that was a possibility with me...if you see Dr. Nangle even the "impossible" is possible (~;

Save yourself the hassle and keep looking for another dentist. I came here on referral but after my first visit I should have figured out the deal. It's all about money and how much they can get from you. Very poor communication and customer service. I'm sorry but my wife and I were treated much the same here. Bait and switch then over charge everything they can. I hate giving negative reviews but this one is a must.

I didn't go to the dentist for over 20 years. When I finally went back, I went here. Dr. Jon is great as are all of the staff. No one gave me a hard time for my dental neglect. They were very understanding and helped me understand the shape my teeth were in and what we needed to do to fix the problems I had. (It was a broken tooth that motivated me to find a dentist.) Over the past two yeas, I've had a few routine cleanings, several fillings, and two extractions. Unfortunately, we are moving out of the area, but if we weren't I'm sure I would gladly stay a Beautiful Smiles patient for years to come. Thank you, Dr. Jon and everyone else!!!

Beautiful Smiles is amazing, every person you meet and talk to that works there is amazing! Painless root canal didn't sound like a possible thing to me until now. I avoided the dentist for almost 20 years out of fear and bad experiences and now I'm looking forward to a third appointment there! I would give 6 stars if I could, I can't say enough good things about everyone there! No judgement, no pain, totally relaxing with them doing everything they can to make sure you're not in pain!!!

The Dentists and staff at Beautiful Smiles are professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I switched to them about 4 years ago when I wanted to have an implant done. They are one of the only offices in Auburn that do implants. Once I went there, I switched to them permanently and now so has my wife. They have state of the art equipment, explain everything in detail and are friendly, caring and really, really good at providing all aspects of dental care at the highest level.

Dr. Nangle is terrific, but the office staff are absolutely awful. They cancelled my appointment on me when i was running 6 minutes late. I walk into the door and get told that they "cancel appointments after ten minutes". I look at my watch and tell them what time it is, and get told to deal with it. Whatever their office policy is, they ignore it and pretty much just do what they want. They were rude, don't abide by their own policies, and the two women who told me that I wasn't able to keep my own appoint were a couple of attitudinal liars who either ignored their policies for being late, or didn't care. Thanks for nothing.

I come for a root canal that was recommended from another dentist and Dr, Nangle asked a few questions ,corrected my bite, and recommended Senseodyne and sent me on my way. I'm quite sure other providers would have done the the root canal for $1,200 and sent me on my way. Thank you!

Dr. Nangle is absolutely WONDERFUL! I agree with a previous post that i regret not finding him sooner!

Until I met Dr. David Nangle, I had given up on ever going to a dentist again -ever. I fact four years prior was the very last time I went. I was to have a cavity filled a national dental chain, when the initial prep drilling was so painful, I had the dentist stop, and, told them I would rather keep the cavity than have them torture me any more, and, I left. Then I met Dr. David Nangle and his staff. When you enter the Beautiful Smiles office building in Auburn, New York, you see a warm and cozy office reception area. The waiting area is like being in a family living room. There are no drilling noises,no dental smells, and no direct line-of-sight to dental chairs and equipment. It is a very relaxed setting. All of the staff are friendly, and make you feel that they are there for you, and, no one else. Wait time is under 10 minutes, and all work to be done is discussed in great detail. Dr. David Nangle is very personable and always accessible. My only regret is in not finding him years earlier!

I haven't been to a dentist in over 20 years, and it wasn't because I have great teeth. It wasn't easy finding someone I trusted and that understood my fears. I can't say enough good things about this office.
