It is unfortunate, because the dentist and dental assistants are WONDERFUL, But the management and front office staff have completely ruined this practice. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever had to speak to. And on numerous occasions I have requested to speak to the office manager, with absolutely no response back. You are better off finding a mediocre dentist, ad opposed to having to deal with these people.

I had a broken tooth that needed to be filled. I got sick during Covid times and had to wait two weeks, life happened and didn’t get in for 5 months. This dentist did not take another x ray to check further decay, just drilled and filled. I left the dentist office in the WORST pain I’ve ever been in, worse than when I walked in with. I was told I had to wait until the next week. One receptionist/hygienist was a sweetheart and the other was extremely rude (pretty typical for her, but I always tolerated it). I went in the next week, asked why x rays were not done and would it have prevented this situation. He got rude with me and refused to fix his mistake. Now I am left to find a new dentist and try to get this tooth fixed in a hurry. I DO NOT recommend coming here. He is triple booked and in way over his head so the attention to detail is not there and the bedside manner was terrible. The more people I talk to about him, the more horror stories I’m hearing!

Front desk receptionist has a bad attitude. Immediately started yelling at us for no mask. We would have gladly complied but did think we needed to be yelled at. Maybe she was having a bad day I guess .. I hope that was the case
