I consider myself fortunate that I called them. Had significant pain from an impacted tooth. Needed an antibiotic. I called their office and explained what was going on and that my dental insurance has not gone into effect yet. I asked how I might be able to get what I needed. They got me in within an hour of my call. I was looked at, told I would need the wisdom tooth removed and should look into that the first opportunity I got. In the mean time, I was prescribed an antibiotic without being pushed into something I did not want to pay for out of pocket. I was educated on the process for having the tooth removed and of their surgeon down the road, where it would be done at. As for the bill, I was charged a very reasonable amount, which they quoted me over the phone when I made my appointment. They even allowed me to pay a little upfront and allow me to wait until the following week to pay the remainder. I'm now just waiting for the antibiotic to kick in and am feeling a lot better about what I need to do. Thanks guys.
