Best dentist around!

Tanya took care of my mother in a pinch and got her in the next day. Amazing customer service at this place and nice dentists!

Moved to New York in 2016. Dr. Freeman is one of the best ever Dentist. He removed my front uppwr twwth in one visit. No swellinf, no pain. The upper plate fits beautifully. I unreservedly reccomend him and his staff.

There are just way to many other choices in the area to go here...

My wife went to Freeman over a year ago and in the process was in need of Dentures. Well to make the story short they did not provide a good product. She tried work things out but in the end came to a impass and just gave up trying to get them to provide something she would be happy with. To the point she will not even ware them to this day.. I would not recommend this Dentist office in anyway.

I walked into Dr. Freeman's office, feeling horrible about my mouth. He was very upfront about what we had to do. Made up a plan and stuck with it. No surprises. I have full trust in him! He is wonderful and does not make you feel ashamed for having bad teeth. JANELLE, IN THE OFFICE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DOES NOT HOLD ANY CONCERN FOR DR FREEMAN'S PATIENTS.

I have been going to Dr. Freeman since 2014 with the same insurance for my son and myself. I’ve never had a bad experience there, until I called to make an apt for a chipped tooth that was causing horrible pain and the receptionist rudely exclaimed they no longer accept essential plans and hung up without saying another word. Thank goodness for Mosaic Health in Mount Morris for taking me, no questions asked. I have never been talked to so rudely by someone in customer service, and I have never been dropped from a doctors/dentist when I’ve had the same insurance for 10 years, which I pay for every month, so I guess what I have found is that Dr. Freeman doesn’t “care” for his patients he does his job and gets paid. As for the receptionist who couldn’t even give me a list of dentist near by to try, let alone even say goodbye before hanging up on me, you should choose a career path far away from customer service. This is my first review I have ever given, which should tell you how awful these people were to me, and probably so many others that were dropped out of nowhere!!

The staff and Doc are so helpful and friendly! I went from no more laughing to all smiles and I can’t thank Dr. Freeman enough for his time and consideration of my unique case!

My son missed one appointment and they kicked us out do to our insurance . He profiles us I believe and was very discriminated against! Not a good place to prepare your child or adult kid a place to go.

I love this place. The receptionists are so friendly. Dr. Freeman had a great sense of humor and the staff always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable.

Everyone was polite and sweet. No one was judge-mental. Dr freeman was very compassionate and professional. I will be making them my family dentist. I usually have severe anxiety going to a dentist but they made things simple and easy. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends. ♥️🦷. I don't normally leave reviews but I feel obligated to those considering this practice for their family dental... My son had a cavity (Yes,although he brushes at least twice a day he was not flossing regularly as told to, needless to say, I was surprised when we found out he had a cavity) and it was filled quickly by Mr. Freeman. That night he was complaining that his mouth hurt which I attributed to the first time he had had a filling, the next day he was in so much pain he was crying uncontrollably. We went back in and there was an infection under the filling! How could the doctor have missed this?! There were xrays done and he had just filled it. His solution was to pull the tooth. I asked if there was an alternate option or if it had to be done if there could be a spacer made to fit until his adult tooth came in. The answer was no to a different option and no, it isn't necessary for a spacer. I still requested we see someone about possibly getting a spacer. I had an appointment for a toothache (an old crown from years ago when I broke a tooth was bothering me) and was in my third trimester of pregnancy, they did an x-ray which he looked at and said he saw nothing on, ground the crown down which helped with the pressure on it and sent me on my way. I called the next day still in pain and he said he didn't know why and I should go see an endodontist. I asked his secretary for a referral or at least phone numbers, they provided me nothing. They told me I had to find one myself. I called around and found out that endodontist work should not be done so far in pregnancy. When I called back to tell the dentist the pain was worse he prescribed me amoxicillin upon request because my doctor said it might be an infection and that could be bad for the baby. I am going to have an evaluation by a dentist that cares about their patients after my baby is born. Wildly unprofessional, rude and neglegent.

I’ve used Dr. Freeman in the past, when I needed to have my wisdom tooth pulled, in Mendon. That experience in his old practice made me overcome my fear of going to the dentist. I thought that having my whole become patients of Dr. Freeman would be a no brainer. However the surrounding cast at Dr. Freeman’s office is much to be desired. My wife came home in tears because they told her that she was a bad parent and shouldn’t have children, because they had a few cavities. The receptionist is rude and miserable person. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

At 50 years old I have a nice set of teeth because I take care of them, and see the dentist every six months. I have always carried dental insurance. I would have procedure, they would run it through the insurance and then bill me for what I owe. My whole life I have always paid my dentists. Unfortunately right now I have no dental insurance, and I have a large filling that fell out on Friday, but I don’t get my Social Security check for 2 weeks. I pleaded with the secretary to be seen, and she got very loud and snippy with me. Apparently DOCTOR Freeman is a Doctor in name only because I am a patient in need of care, not being cared for by the so-called doctor! Kim Diamond

My dentist Dr.DDS.Randall K.Freeman is the BEST dentist that I have truly ever had!!!!! I have seen so very many dentist's in my life at the age of 52 year's old and even had braces as a child!!!!! I even had seen dentist's for a severe problem that I had!He is the only dentist that was professional enough to find Somthing that was severely hurting my heath and he quickly made arrangements to work on the severe problems that I was effecting my life!!!!!He found a severe problem by doing a special XRAY that went around my whole head and he ordered a biopsy as well as making quickly arrangements to work on the other severe problems with a excellent surgen that work's closely with him!!Actually today I'm calling him to make another appointment with him to get my new BEAUTIFUL teeth that he made for me!!!!!!!! Dr Freeman is amazing!! He is the nicest most patient dentist my family has had the honor to go to!! The receptionist and other workers are just as wonderful! Always greeted with smiles. Love going to them!

2nd visit and I could not be more happy. Hygienist is fantastic (Heather) and Dr. Freeman is great. Felt no pain with a cavity that I needed to take care of and staff was very helpful with all the questions I had. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!
