Poor service long waits for appointments then appointments get canceled and can’t get back in had a crown. They told me I need it done and one of my fillings broke that they had just repaired. I told them my insurance was changing at the end of the month anplease get me in to finish up what was needed to be taken care of and paid for by the insurance never got me in now I have a new insurance and have to pay out-of-pocket

I am so glad I went to lake Champlain dentistry today. The ladies there made me feel so at ease and the dentist made sure I knew everything that was going to be done to each and every tooth. They made me actually excited to go back and do this. I need a lot of work done, and it's going to take a little while, but I'm so ready and can't wait to see the end product. Thank you for making me less afraid of the dentist and I look forward to seeing you all again soon. I love going to the dentist now.

I Like this Dentist office. I have always taken care of my teeth for one. Have been to many Dentists throughout the years. The last dentist I was seeing for many years retired. The office staff here is amazing and I love them. They are so nice and always very friendly. Dr Selma is very nice as well but at the moment I am not the happiest with her. On July 13th she filled a cavity that I had on the upper left side of my mouth. She told me it would be sensitive for a bit as it was a medium cavity. Okay great no problem. It was sensitive. I wasn't able to chew on that side as it did hurt a bit. No biggie. Well we hit Aug 1st and I wake up with the worst tooth pain in the world. This happened 3 days in a row and had put me in tears. I am 42 years old and this is the first toothache I have ever encountered. So I called the office and they got me in the same day. They took an Xray to see if it was infected or anything which it wasn't. The Dr then shows me the xray and it def was not a medium filling you could not even stick a toothpick between the route and the bottom of the filling. She says I was hoping a filling would fix it but it looks like your going to need a route canal. Thinking in my head knowing this why the heck wouldn't you just do a route canal to begin with instead of hoping and taking a chance. Because before the filling was touched at all it wasn't even bothering me. This being said I have know dealt with the worst pain ever since Aug 1 and am waiting for a cancelation to go in and have this fixed. So who knows when it will happen. Yes she sent pain meds in for me which help but does not by any means take the pain away. I honestly truly wish I would have never even had it fixed because it didn't even bother me but me always taking care of my teeth figured mine as well. This is the worst pain I have ever had in my life and thankfully won't be dealing with this again after this is fixed. Other then that Dr Selma is a good Dr.

I would not recommend Champlain dentistry. I saw Dr Mohammedi and i'v had problems ever since she worked on my teeth. I cant eat a lot of things now and have to chew with my front teeth. Im currently at a new dentist and they are fixing many mistakes that were made and not just for me. I also have sensitivity due to drilling to deep, flossing is painful and as i stated i cant chew anything remotely hard/crispy and even room temperature liquids hurt my teeth!! I know a lot of people are not coming foward so i just want people to be aware. I dont even buy certain foods or snacks anymore b/c i cant eat enjoy them. I had a great dentist prior but unfortunately he retired. Now after the bad experience at Lake Champlain dentistry im so happy to be back at west bay and know im truly in good hands!

I live 2 1/2 hours away to get to this office. I was running about 10 minutes late and called an hour before my appointment to let them know that I would be as quick as I could. The receptionist was so rude, So I told her to cancel my appointment, I turned around 3/4 of the way there, and I will no longer be a patient of that office.
