Lake View Dentistry

My wife and I and our family of 4 have been going to you for over 12 years now. My wife had treatment done back in July just before her sister passed away suddenly. My wife thought she paid the $25 bill. She called today because she has a dental emergency and needed to be seen she has barley been able to eat or drink since Friday. They told my wife that because she has an unpaid bill since July that she is no longer a patient there and can not be seen. Even after paying the $25 bill, she still can not be seen. This is a horrible way to treat a patient that has been loyal to you for many years that is truly suffering. Our family of four will now be going to a different dentist.!

I cannot say enough great things about this office! I am one of the many people that absolutely dread the dentist. Being new to the area and dealing with some pretty awful dental experiences with some of the other local dentist offices around, this place was my saving grace. They cared about my comfort level. When my transportation was delayed, they worked with me rather than cancelling. They followed up after. The office itself was beautiful! Looking out at Lake Champlain while being somewhere you do not want to be was a refreshing change. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

I had appointments scheduled for April and May of 2020 that I’d scheduled out in advance. Obviously my April appointment was canceled at the time due to covid which I completely understood. They called me and told me they were planning on opening May 1st and that my second appointment was still going on as scheduled. The week and a half leading up to it I tried calling three times to confirm they were still reopening, left at least one voicemail, as well as emailed them to check. I heard nothing back, and when I showed up for my scheduled appointment date it their doors were locked and the lights were off. At the time there was no sign on the door, and no notice on either their Facebook page or website that anything had changed. I never received any contact back from them.They’ve just called me back today, a year later, to tell me they’re having a problem billing my insurance for the cleaning I had in February of 2020 and even though they’ve been having a problem getting payment from them for a year, this is my last chance for the insurance to pay for it before it’s all my responsibility. All I can say is wow.

My family has patronized this office since I was a kid until we all moved away. However, the administrative services of this office have failed me epically. Years ago, one of our last visits for routine cleanings was never billed to the insurance correctly. Months later I provided Lake View with my primary insurance info, my secondary insurance info, AND my wife's primary insurance. There was no good reason in the world for us to incur anything beyond a copay for the visit. The LV team couldn't manage to navigate BlueCrossBlueShield and Delta Dental despite my assistance on multiple occasions. Years later, they have circled around and sent me to a collection agency... now affecting my credit score, security clearance and employment status. For $700, the office could have written it off as an error on their part rather than try to shakedown a customer to cover up their mistake. As a veteran, I'll be sure to share my experience with the VFW and American Legion as a business not to patronize.

They are the best this office treats you like family. I have been to other dentists that are just bad. Lake view dentistry is the best.

Not impressed here at all. They change your appointment around alot. My personal opinion they feel very unprofessional and will not be going back here.
