My wife and I got her an appointment here and I screwed up the day and the med cab took us here but jefferson dental still helped get her in to be seen and I absolutely love this dental facility

I had a wonderful new patient experience. The staff was wonderful. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dentist and good service.

If I could give this office a zero. I would. I paid a significant amount (over $4,000) for my Invisalign and have had the most unprofessional and egregious experience. The front end staff has been rude and disorganized. In May, I had to reach out to the dentists office on almost a weekly basis regarding the status of my Invisalign and was wrote off on numerous occasions. After having the Invisalign, I completed a new set of X-rays and imaging to make new trays. When I returned 4 weeks later, I was told I had to repeat this. I’m assuming my trays were never ordered because they originally acted like this was my first time getting the and at the follow up appointment I was told my trays were lost. At this point, I had been wearing the same trays for approximately 8 weeks. I was promised free whitening and I left rather upset. At the most recent appointment I told the secretary I wanted to discuss my free whitening with someone as well as the possibility of receiving a discount. I said I wanted the free whitening in writing. I was told “I’m not going to write that down for you.” I am currently awaiting a call from the business manager with little to no expectations of them keeping the promise for free whitening

Friendly, didn't beat around the bush about what we needed to do, came up with fast solutions. So glad we changed to there .

They running a scam. I live in Detroit never heard or been to this place. & My card was hit 3 times by this company.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. I went to Jefferson Dental Health only because my dentist had an injury and was unable to practice briefly. I was 9 months pregnant and had chipped a tooth and needed to be seen immediately. I was able to get in here, so I went. I was seen and assessed as needing 2 crowns. 1 on the cipped tooth made sense, and I didn't really question the 2nd since he is meant to be a professional. The procedure was something I can only really describe as 2 and a half hours of actual torture. He would give me novocaine and return 20-30 minutes later and drill. I was in tears within minutes because I could feel the drilling. Not just the vibrations, I was having EXCRUCIATING pain from it. I was crying and hyperventilating to the point I was worried I would go into labor. He would give more novocaine and then return 20-30 minutes later again with the same issue. Waiting so long after giving it that it was wearing off and I was met with horrific pain again. I explained what was happening and he was not receptive. He continued to drill through my tears and complaints. I would have left this review rearlier, but had already paid over $800 for the work and needed to have it finished. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you're into pain and torture. I will be filing a formal complaint with my insurance to have it on his record that he is allowing procedure like this to occur. He should not be allowed to practice dentistry.

I was impressed with the services an thoroughness. Was not what I wanted to hear but it is what it is and they were concerned with my health and what issues I am having with my teeth.

*DO NOT GO HERE* I don’t ever leave reviews but wow this place is terrible. My wife got her Invisalign here and it has been a nightmare from the start. A number of her appointments she has showed up and not even been seen because some excuse they make. She has waited in the waiting room for over an hour for some appointments and it won’t even be busy. They have called saying her retainer is available a few times now and she has gone there mind you it’s a 30 minute drive one way and the front desk says sorry it’s not here yet. It is very frustrating when is spend thousands of dollars on something like this. I hope people who are reading this find a better dentist office in the area that hold there staff accountable for there mistakes. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I paid $35 for my xrays and records. Sherri has been so helpful. But I call today June 3rd and the supervisor answers no name given, I tell her I haven't received all my xrays she tells me I don't need them a new dentist can take them. I told her I paid and am expecting what I paid for. She gave me attitude and hung up on me. I called back and she gave me the silent treatment like a child. And told me I can figure out myself who to complain too as she's the supervisor and everyone else is her employee and they won't care. I told her she is very unprofessional and rude and she said are you done. I said no you're the supervisor you're supposed to tell me where to complain too she told me to figure it out myself. She does not need to be answering phones and being rude to her patients who pay her salary.

I had a very nice visit with my new dentist. It started with the receptionist. She was very kind and informative. Then my dentist was also very funny and easy to talk to. He was also very informative. He was willing and able to answer all my questions and make recommendations. It was a great choice to have them as a new dentist.

Awful. Don't recommend this place at all! Need all teeth removed but Dr wants to save 4 teeth but those 4 teeth need to be repaired in order to be saved. So that makes no sense to save them. Plus Dr told me to find my own oral surgeon that will take my insurance that he can give a referral to and he will tell them to save the 4 teeth that wouldn't even be worth saving. He's definitely not doing his job if I have to find my own surgeon. Plus he's definitely not thinking about what is more comfortable for me with all my pain I'm already going through. He's definitely only thinking about his money. Plus he was rude to me and kept telling me I needed to listen, he knows what I need. But that's not caring about what I want. I never threatened him or swore but I raised my voice because he kept talking over me and then told me I'm not allowed back there. Because I told him I don't agree with him and what he wanted me to do. They don't care what patient wants at all if they can't get your money.

No transparency from staff on bills. Insurance paid a ton and I paid a ton, 7 months later I get a 1200 bill and they say insurance didn't pay that amount. Never did they say ever that was a possibility and they said read the fine print. Scammers and fired from me now along with 25 other friends I have, I'd recommend not entertaining these guys. Service has always been sketchy and unfriendly.

The standing banner in the front waiting room clearly states that all employees will be masked. The receptionist was not and retorted curtly that she doesn’t have to wear a mask because she is vaccinated. I told her to please stay away from my kids because they are under 12, not vaccinated, and vaccination status does not mean you can’t get it, can’t transmit it, or be asymptomatic. It only means it lowers your personal risk factor of dying from the disease. That does nothing to protect my children. She went and got the dentist who came out and said “I understand you have a question” to which I informed him I did not. I just wanted his unmasked employee away from my children. He replied that he was the doctor here and that we could talk about my beliefs on this. Virology is not a belief. I happen to have my undergraduate studies in microbiology and am beyond fed up with the public making a global pandemic out to be about political parties. This is about the most asinine thing I’ve ever had the horror of witnessing in my life. We canceled all 5 of our family appointments today and rescheduled with North County Health Services (who also informed me that any healthcare facilities should all be masked, as this is a mandate put forth and in effect for the city). I didn’t follow this up, but I’ll not be going back to Jefferson Dental.

Amazing first time experience at Jefferson Dental! Dr. Aujla and staff were so welcoming. He reviewed my charts/ X-rays and provided honest feedback. My visit was for a cleaning and Amie took excellent care of me. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and thorough! My teeth feel amazing! I would highly recommend this dentist office to others.
