Very dissatisfied. Had a cleaning and the hygienist was very rough. I now have a scratch on my tooth and have tried to contact the dentist via message and I also left a message with a person today. But I haven't heard back. I hope my tooth will be alright. Not happy!

I found this practice and Dr David Heidenreich through recommendations on our neighborhood facebook page and so glad I did. Have had a cleaning, 2 crowns and a root canal last year and couldn't be more pleased with the work, team or wonderful staff. They have been easy to work with, flexible scheduling and no upselling pressure for additional services. I will not go anywhere else as very pleased with the practice and as a side note, the office music is super!

I cannot express how pleased I am, with my initial visit to this dental office. I knew I was going to love it, the first time I spoke with the receptionist, Jordan over the phone. She was so kind and patient with me. The dental assistant, Elizabeth was so awesome!!! You can tell she’s really passionate about her profession. I was anxious to meet the dentist, but when Dr. David walked in I felt a sense of comfort. He’s very informative, professional, and personable. I will look no further. This is the dental office for me! If you want to truly enjoy your dental experience, you should absolutely give them a try.

Shelley was my hygienist yesterday and she is top notch. It was the best cleaning I've had in a long time. She takes her time and is very thorough. She is also has a wonderful personality. Dr. Heidenreich is my dentist here and he is wonderful. He is very patient and explains everything to you before he does any procedure. He has a superb bed side manner and really cares about his patients. He even reached out to me to see how I was doing after I had a root canal. I love the staff here they are all very nice and helpful.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Heidenreich. I saw him for years at his previous practice and initially made the mistake of not following him to here. Then I lost a filling and the dentist I had transferred to recommended a root canal... But couldn't take care of me for over 2 months. Called Carolina Dentistry, got me in at 7am immediately after the holiday weekend and here I am getting my root canal same day. I knew the dentist was fantastic but I'm starting to learn just how awesome the entire staff is! Thank you for such amazing service!!!

When I learned of his move to another practice I followed him. He is very kind, patient, and gives you a tx plan based off of need/preventative care. I was very impressed with his staff as well, who display the same qualities! If you're like me, and have anxiety about going to the dentist, give Dr.H a try!
