As always my experience at P&K was awesome. All the staff is welcoming and so friendly. Dr. Kirk is wonderful . She explains everything and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable with what is being done. I’ve had great experiences with both hygienists.

Before I started seeing Dr. Pappert, you could have never convinced me the dentist office could be a good experience. I have awful childhood memories of going to the dentist but all that has changed. I have been going to this practice for almost 20 years and I can honestly say I always enjoy being there. The staff makes me feel so special and they really worked hard to help me overcome my fears. Nitrous and sedation are my new best friends! It feels so good to know that my oral health is a priority and it might not be if I didn’t love Dr. Pappert and her staff. They are the BEST!

Dr. Pappert, Johnnie and Jake took such great pains to ensure that my crown was a perfect fit and a perfect match. I am very thankful for their attention to detail and their expertise.

The level of dental depth and expertise cannot be understated. Beyond constantly training to stay up to date on the newest dental trends, they have one of the most caring staff imaginable.

Hard to believe but my dental appointments have been awesome as have the dentist and dental assistant that worked on me. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a professional and competent dental experience!

I had a dental emergency in March 2021 when a tooth was damaged. Dr. Kirk saw me promptly and repaired the tooth. She did a great job and her staff and assistant were excellent. It was such a good experience that I asked her to be my full time dentist for all my dental needs. Highly recommend Pappert & Kirk. Excellent service. Great location. Wonderful staff and reasonable prices. 5-24-21 Update. Needed a crown on a molar and had the prep work done today by Dr. Kirk. She is using the ultra modern CareStream digital imaging that sends the information needed by the dental lab to make the crown via computer. Wow!! This is cutting edge, ultra modern dentistry at its best. Very impressive.

I first came to this office in the early 1990s. This office came highly recommended to me by my co-workers. Dr. Steiner was known to be one the top dentists in the area, and the office's general operating procedures including handpiece sterilization and use of technology were second to none. Although Dr. Steiner has since retired, this office maintains the high standards which he set in the beginning. The Dentists, Hygienists, and Office Staff are all top-notch, and you will have a very good experience with this office!

This team of doctors and their staff are just amazing. They are the most thorough dentist practice I have ever been to. My kids absolutely love the kids day they hold! They can’t wait to go to the dentist! I’m so thankful for them!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Pappert for over 2 years, she and her team have really made me feel at home when I see them for teeth cleanings and once when I had a cavity. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist before going to Dr. Pappert, they’ve helped me get my teeth in shape and and really feel like they are apart of my family and I’m apart of theirs. I’ve seen Dr. Kirk once when Dr. Pappert was not available and she was awesome as well.

Everyone here is so knowledgeable and lovely! I recently got a night guard and it was the easiest process in the world. They’ll go over everything you need to know and give you different options for payment. I’ve never been to a better dentist!

I can't believe I haven't left a review before now! I've been coming here for 14 years, and I absolutely love the office and the staff. I didn't go to the dentist for eight years before coming here due to anxiety, and now I look forward to every appointment. Dr. Pappert is a very skilled dentist and is incredibly sweet. I love Tiernee, my hygienist, she's hilarious and amazing. Johnnie practically watched me grow up, she's like my second mom, and Sally and LeeAnn are always my first and last stop to check in and check out and just to say hello. If someone had told me 14 years ago I'd be hugging dentist office staff every time I came in, I would have accused them of getting into the Nitrous. I almost moved to Florida for work, and was still planning to fly up to Charlotte regularly so I could keep coming here. Will never go anywhere else, and will refer everyone I know.

I have been going here for a couple of years now. I have received nothing but excellent care from the entire team at Pappert and Kirk. They are warm, friendly, and great and answering questions.

Love everyone who works there. Everyone makes you feel welcomed. The hygienist and dentist are very knowledgeable in the field. I've been a patient at this dental practice for nearly 30 years. I can't imagine going anywhere else. The entire staff is top-notch and extremely well-trained. Everyone is capable, caring, and extremely kind. They want to be sure that patients are not only given the best possible dental care but also treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Whoa! Amazing! I've never been to a dentist like this before. They really seem to care about you holistically. I wish everyone in healthcare operated like they do.
