I went here last week to have my teeth cleaned and to get a sharp point on my tooth fixed. A couple days later my gums are sore so I looked and I have a brown spot on my gums. When I called they told me to rinse my mouth with salt water and that the dentist removed tartar from my gums so they could be sore. However I asked if it's normal for my gums to be brown and she said it wasn't normal then I got hung up on not once but twice. I've now decided to switch because I no longer trust this dentist office.

My wife got her teeth cleaned from here last week. Her gums started hurting and she has a brown spot that appeared on her gums. She called them to see if this was normal as it was sore. Their explanation was the dentist cleaned tartar at the gum line and the gums could be sore from that. However they said it wasn't normal for it to be brown. Then they kept hanging up on her. She no longer feels comfortable at this dentist office therefore she will be switching. Be careful who you trust.

My teeth are horrible, and was terrified to go in and be put down for letting my mouth get like this. It took forever to be able to get in the position to get my teeth done,they were most friendly and respectful not one word out of the way. Great job ladies keep up the awesome work.

I had to have 5 teeth removed and I was not only nervous but a Lil embarrassed and sad about the whole situation. The dental assistant that helped me was top notch material. She was so sweet and seemed genuinely concerned if i was OK during the procedure. Wish I would of caught her name but she was the tall blonde young lady. She helped me leave there feeling OK after having so many extractions.and to top the cake the bathroom was extremely clean and smelled wonderful

I was a patient here! I was talked into waiting for dentures by the doctor and I made appointments and I unfortunately missed one because my father in law passed away, then another because I had a flat tire, then the last one becsuse my car broke down on the way to the office! None of these times was I notified of their policies about if you miss three appointments basically they won't let you schedule another appointment! Now I'm stuck with no teeth and no dentist! I've called several times to see if I can do anything about this considering my insurance was billed for the missed appointments, but no such luck?! I really just want some teeth so my kid will quit calling me gummy! I know I missed a lot of appointments, but unfortunately my life has been pretty crazy since stepping in to take care of my husband's elderly parents two years ago! I guess I have to find a new dentist now and I'm still gummy 😭

I've seen this dentist twice now and I love how she eases my fears starting with least invasive and gathering a game plan of action for dental care. I had a bad infection from an urgent dentist I saw, I couldn't get in with them that day,so I needed a fast fix. The stitches the other dentist did were excessive and holding some infection, she cleaned it up and it instantly felt better. No pain, xray is always uncomfortable but that was the worst thing.
