Dr Briggs is such an amazing doctor! She takes great care of my family and I! From taking extra gentle care with our 12 year old who just got a tooth pulled, to my big strong husband who has a fear of needles. This is a great dentist office. All new technology without paying a premium price. They honor my dental insurance. My hygienist is quick, thorough, and makes sure I am comfortable. That is also important if you have children. The dentist is also personable. He tells you how your teeth are and gives you options. I won't be leaving!

This review is mainly for the office and billing staff. They are not organized and does not thoroughly notate their system when you call in and cancel an appointment then they stick you with a no-show fee, which you should have not had in the first place. Not only that I didn't receive the $26.00 bill until over 90 days, which was for a missed appointment in April of 2022 that I didn't know I had because I have not been to this dentist office since 2021. The front desk clerk states it's because of the fire and system change. I should not have to be responsible for your system update not sending out statements in a timely manner. The doctors are great the front office is terrible!
