I recently had a great experience at Triangle Family Dentistry. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist greeted me with a smile and promptly checked me in for my appointment. Once I was called back for my appointment, the dental hygienist was very thorough in explaining the cleaning process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The dentist was also very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had about my oral health. Overall, I would highly recommend triangle family dentistry to anyone looking for a great dental experience. The staff is friendly, the service is exceptional, and the care is top-notch. I will definitely be returning for all of my future dental needs.

Good for adults, really bad for children. Claims to be a pediatric dentist but the dentist refused to comfort my 4yo child or work on him if he was being any bit difficult and was incredibly impatient. My son has never had issues with a dentist previously, he’s gone since 6mo old and I’ve never seen a dentist behave so unprofessionally. They refused to even work on my 9 month old even though he had teeth because he’s “too young”. Other dentists have always told me to bring the kids in once they have teeth. The dentists name was Nada Salem. Very unprofessional. Not good with kids at all.

If anyone knows me, I’m the last person to ever give a dental office a good rating. The exception would absolutely be Dr. Long and Caitlyn (spelling). Both were just down to earth, professional and understanding of my questions and concerns. I am sure the other dentists and hygienists there are just as amazing but my experience with these two were just over the top. Really appreciated them both!

Honestly I am so over this place. As a new patient, I have been waiting for about 5 months for an appointment. During this time, I have received several voicemails for “an earlier appointment that has opened up today”. When I call them back within 30 seconds of getting the voicemail, I am placed on a 5 minute hold, just to be told that the appointment has already been filled when they come back to the line. This happened again today. Seriously why are you doing this? What is the point of leaving a voicemail saying that there’s an earlier appointment available and to call back for it, being placed on a 5 minute hold, then coming back on the line saying awww I’m so sorry I just filled it. It is so incredibly frustrating. Can you not hold the appointment for a few minutes to give the person a chance to call back before moving to the next person on the list? At this point, I’m actively looking to take my business elsewhere.
