Great experience as a first time patient. They were very clear about what they were going to do and how it should feel. I'm looking forward to becoming a return client🦷✅ The only thing I'd change about my experience is for them to take a magic eraser and clean up the smudges on the wall, it cheapens up the environment of a high quality service.

The front desk is so rude, I can’t imagine another dentist being like this. I highly do NOT recommend this dentist. They ask you to write a good review the moment you get in, they are nice. They all do extra things to make you uncomfortable. Do not recommend

The front desk is very rude. They will waste your time and cancel on you when they don’t feel like taking patients. The doctors are really rude and will roll eyes and have an attitude talking to you. Please don’t go here they wasted my time many many times.

We went there and we had a appointment they canceled the appointment because they had to many customers but 20 min earlier they said we can come to the appointment the front desk was very rude and disrespectful

We had an appointment and they canceled on us when we got there. No call no nothing. The attitudes of the doctors and nurses are really bad. I went and they had an attitude taking me. The schedule random appointments for cleaning that they basically just brush your teeth for you. I do not recommended this place, find a better dentist.

My experience with Capital Dental is always a positive one. The staff is kind, courteous and efficient. I am definitely please with their work. I’ve had a bad dental experience in the past which caused me lots of anxiety relating to going to the dentist. The dentists and staff made me comfortable and relaxed during my treatments. I got I my appointments now with no anxiety.

I was told I had 9 cavities and needed them filled before getting braces so I went to another dentist to be told I’ve never had any cavities at all and didn’t need any fill ins. Something is wrong with this establishment

I’ve been seeing both Dr. Alvand and Dr. Ahmadi over the last decade and they have been wonderful! The whole staff is very friendly and courteous. The office is always clean and I never have to wait for more than a couple of mins for my appointment. I’m very satisfied with all the services I received and my experience over the last decade, and looking forward to the next decade!

I am that patient that gets extreme anxiety when going to the dentist, it's the doctor that I fear most. Since being a patient at Capital Dental Care, I am more confident going to the dentist. I have had service from all of the Dr's on staff and they are great. I have never been happier with any dental experience. The staff works for you! The make sure nothing is forced or done without your approval. Forever grateful!💜

Personally, I think the place is great in the name only. The front office staff are really with a bad attitude, lack of courtesy and concentration as well. As I call and spoke lady with a heavy Spanish accent couldn't understand anything. She said they do implement, but when we got there we found they are only general doctors who do rear implement only, this is not the issue. Her bad attitude was the problem, we don't even make it to the doctor and talked to him.

This is hands down the best dental office in Raleigh! (There is one than one location, so this review is for the Louisburg Rd. location) From the front desk staff, hygienists, and dentists EVERYONE is so professional, kind, and down right hilariously funny! My three children are patients here and they always go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make them feel comfortable and safe while in the chair. One hygienist named Anna, (But goes by Banana🍌) always has funny jokes, sings songs, and gives the BEST prizes after a cleaning! 10/10 would recommend!
