The practice at Crabtree Valley Dental is one of a kind. From the reception desk through the whole process, everyone is really friendly and articulate in what they do. The team work makes the process very easy. All the staff chat with you freely and make you feel at home. The service is awesome. Dr. Pope, Jeannie, Morgan to name a few are great! I would recommend friends & family to go to Crabtree Valley Dental. God bless

Our (my daughter and I) experience at this dental office was so satisfying and amazing. From the time we walked in, seeing our names on their board welcoming us as new patients to the time we checked out. Even though we spent almost 3 hours at the office, every minute was worth it! (That time was only because of us being new patients) For me, the dentist office is one place I fear going to because my teeth/gums are so sensitive, just to find some amazing individuals at Crabtree Valley Dental to gently clean and treat my teeth with care and my anxiety levels reduced was just awesome. Even, my daughter said she was pleased. Cheers to the staff that cared for us!!!!!

I've had some good experiences here and some bad. They waived the missed appointment fee for me once. But they also have held about $150 of my money hostage for over a year. We haven't heard a peep about when they will credit us for the money we have already paid them. The insurance company and dentist have an issue so I get penalized for it? We're not very happy with Crabtree Valley Dental and are actively looking for better options.

The staff is amazing. I have never seen anything like this. I would recommend this dentist to everyone. They really do a thorough exam and give a game plan. Can't wait to go back. Love this place.

I have always had a great experience here . But I will be leaving this practice because of the incompetent front desk . Made one phone call and sent 4 emails to get a copy of my spendings for my taxes . They still have not emailed them. Front desk staff is lazy . Am done going here . Have gone there 4 years .

I absolutely recommend Crabtree Dental. They take very good care of me. I appreciate their conservative approach rather than rush to do unnecessary procedures. When I need something taken care of I know it’s necessary. Also best teeth cleanings I have ever gotten at any dental office I’ve gone to in 50 years of moves.

For the few times I have gone to Crabtree Valley Dental I have found the entire staff to be friendly as well as professional. My personal dentist is Dr. Hopfensperger who spends the time to explain and treat my dental issues. Also want to add that their patient waiting room is very comfortable.

I needed more than just a cleaning, but before doing the additional work, they needed to do more x-rays and it was not quite time for them, for my insurance to pay for them. They decided to wait just a little longer to do the extra procedure until insurance would pay for the x-rays to save me some money. I really was thankful for that.

I experienced professionalism, interest in the patient, and expertise of dentistry in the visit. I would very highly recommend them.
