I'm so lucky I hit a strike on this one. I recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist. I was really worried about this, because I've have a lot of HORRIBLE experiences with dentists in the past. Luckily, Pleasant Pines Dentistry was great. Getting my appointment set up with quick and easy, my cleaning was fast, comfortable, and refreshing. I hadn't been to a dentist in years because how often I feel like I'm being scolded like a child when I go, but I had no such experience here - thank you for respecting me.

My appointment was 3.30pm and day before receptionist call me and ask me if I can come 3.00pm I said ok, next day I went at 3.00(adjusted my time with my boss) right now I am here and time is 4.02pm God knows when they will take me. I am done at 5.40 pm and another surprise my copayment raised 20% more than they told me, this is not first time last my visit same thing charged me more money than then they questioned. Only one reason I am going to thr office because of Dr.Mathew he is an awesome, professional and great service provider. I don’t have any issue with Doctor but I do have issues with unpleasant receptionist. Now because of her I have to find another DDS This receptionist is money maker machine. I highly suggest to you all before your service make sure what is copayments will be

Dr Matthew and his staff are top notch. I started over a year ago based off a friend’s recommendation. I am extremely nervous when it comes to dentists. Dr Matthew and his staff were excellent, precise, and caring. My entire family of six now goes and we cannot ask for a better team. Highly recommend.

I love Dr Matthew’s office! The staff are all so sweet and most importantly, they value your time - there’s never any waiting and the visits are always quick! I brought my newborn in and they even looked after her for me while I was in my appointment :) Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Matthews for about 15 years. Have always been satisfied with his work, the staff and overall customer/patient service. They're like family now and can't see myself going anywhere else. Pleasant atmosphere and usually in and out.

Excellent dentistry practice. Dolores (front office staff) was great. The hygienist was awesome. Dr. Mathew is honest, personable, and professional. He doesn't try to up-sell, he just tells you the facts. I'll be back again and I'll be bringing the rest of my family here as well.

Dr. Matthews is hands down the best dentist in the triangle. He is honest and gentle and professional. I won’t go to anyone else until he retires one day a long time from now. He has a loyal staff Deloris has been with him since he opened up his doors. Deloris is sweet but won’t beat around the bush. The assistant who helped with my crown helped me get through the procedure smoothly!

My last appointment I was in and out! Dental assistant very efficient. Been going here for years. Vinod Mathew is an excellent dentist. Had some work done on my front teeth and it came out like a work of art. Very friendly and informative. Definitely recommend.

Great office location away from the city traffic with plenty of parking spots. The staff makes you feel right home from the time you walk-in. Dr. Mathew with his team are very professional, examining and providing with solutions with priority. A great place to go and take care of your teeth. My family has enjoyed every visit of ours. You will walk out fully contented.

Very timely and a pleasant experience.

I took my grandson to get his semi-annual cleaning. He has braces. I was greatly disappointed. From the time we walked into this office until the time he came back out to the car, was less than 10 minutes. I have never in my experience every had my teeth cleaned and flouride applied in so little time. I even talked to a several other adults to get their opinion and they agreed that it didn't seem reasonable that his teeth were cleaned and flouride applied. One of the adults I spoke to was even another dentist so they were another professional.
