Dr Gillespie has been my dentist since I moved to Sylva NC in the late 1990s. He and everyone in his practice have always provided professional, respectful, and friendly care. Impeccable. I completely trust and highly recommend them to you.

Everyone is to be commended for their skills, of course, but they go the extra mile to assure you have a good outcome, personal care and all in a modern, yet comfortable setting. Could not be happier. Dr. Gillespie is so efficient and professional. Stephanie is the best assistant ever! Friendly staff. Very prompt with appointment time and even worked in a filling in just a few minutes to give me back my smile. I received a new patient welcome bag full of goodies too! Over the moon happy with this office!! ***UPDATE*** I am still going to see Dr. G and today was the best visit ever. I went in to the office early on a very dreary Monday morning. Everyone was dressed up for Halloween. They were all High School personalities and the entire office was decorated like a High School on Halloween. Even Dr. G came in with his costume and greeted me in a surfer dude accent. Then, to top it all off there were a bunch of finches on the bird feeder right in front of the window I was facing from the dental chair. I literally didn't want to leave. They are ALL amazing in that office and Dr. G just has this way of putting you at ease. "It's a great dental office that makes your rainy Monday morning BETTER"

Thank you Dr Gillespie for treating a lot of us to a wonderful free lunch from the Fuego Food Truck. Your front desk subhuman, Wendy, is a nasty nasty person. I wasn't in a foul mood till I with spoke with her. Very short with me. VERY irritable. Needs to be replaced promptly. Dealing with patients isn't a good fit. She needs to find a job not involving interactions with humans.

My bi-annual cleaning was gentle and thorough as usual. Dr. G is always pleasant and efficient and I was happy not to have any dental issues. The entire office staff is friendly and efficient. If you need a dentist in Waynesville, this is the place!

I used to hate going to the dentist but since going to Dr. Gillespie, it's very easy and somewhat relaxing! Won't say it's my favorite thing to do but I don't dread it anymore.

From the moment you walk in the door til you are walking out, smiles around. So efficient, very caring & so gracious. Only a few of the ways you can describe this office! Absolutely no stress in a stressful situation. Everybody should be going to Dr. Gillespie except that would make it difficult for me to get an appointment! Lol!

I'd like to be able to say that the care and attention I received in your office was great but that was not the case. The care and attention i received was nothing short of outstandingly excellent. I thank all those I encountered for their professionalism, courtesy and friendliness during my last 2 visits. I was able to have much more accomplished for my dental health than I would ever dare imagine. Not only did you provide all that was necessary for my initial (first) visit but you also were able to slide me in for a long overdue cleaning on that same day. Thank you all so very much. This is likely the only time in my life when I can truly say "I look forward to my next visit to the DENTIST". Who does that?

This was my first time as a patient with Dr. Gillespie! From the moment I walked in the door and checked in with Wendy, to meeting Stephanie his assistant to Robin my hygienist and finally Doctor Gillespie the experience was 5 star. Everything was explained in detail. I highly recommend this practice and am so glad I found a new dental home.

Love the service this whole team provides. I went in for a chipped front tooth and absolutely nothing was uncomfortable about my visit. I never experienced any pain or discomfort. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very prompt and organized service and staff. I would never consider going elsewhere for my dental needs.

Everything about my visit today was beyond 5 stars. Wendy, Kelli, and Megan were all so warm and friendly! Dr. Gillespie is top notch. I look forward to coming back for all my dental needs. My teeth have found a home ;) Thank you everyone for really treating me like royalty!

Dr. Gillespie and staff were fantastic. I broke a crown over the weekend and they worked me in on Monday. They took care of the my problem with great care and professionalism. His work and staff are the best dentistry care I have ever experienced.

Some folks just want a dentist but I want Dr.G When it comes to the best he's the one for me. As a new patient, I cannot speak highly enough of my experience! Wendy was wonderful to speak with over the phone, and made quick work of gathering all my information. Appointment day went smoothly with arrival and check-in. Robin performed my new patient procedures, as well as my cleaning. Genuinely kind person and very informative. Dr. Gillespie made me feel at ease as he checked over everything. If you are looking for a new dentist office, you’ve found it!

I would highly recommend this place. The women and Dentist were Amazing and seemed to really care about fixing my smile . They even helped entertain my little girl so I could be seen . Hands down the best experience I've had at a dental office
