Some people do somethings right... These guys have done it all right from the front office to the back. Dr. Paige and Ramona are a great team. He is definitely carrying on the tradition of the being involved with the best dental office in Haywood County. They both are true professionals and I could not be happier with the work I had done. Also, the ladies at the checkout are friendly and helpful as well. Dr. Ferguson started a great office and it continues to be! If you don’t have a dentist by all means I recommend Dr. Paige.

I couldn't recommend a better Dentistry in Haywood county. I have been going to this practice for almost 20 years. I had some appointments go wrong during the pandemic, because there were concerns about getting sick. We also had some job changes/insurance hiccups during that time period. So, some scheduling got past us and appointments were canceled/missed. I scheduled an appointment to hopefully get some issues resolved and the appointment was very far out. So, we found another dentist that could get me in sooner and the front desk person was bringing up the appointment issues during the pandemic while we were wanting to cancel. I didn’t feel like I would be treated respectfully and they didn’t listen to the type of appointment I wanted either (I am experiencing an urgent dental problem and it wasn’t notated properly and was scheduled as a hygienist visit), and they couldn’t do an emergency appointment for abx and X-rays. They tried to explain the rationale for the hygienists appointment, but in my experience once it’s flagged like that, it’s very difficult to refuse a cleaning and to get the type of appointment you need which is a consultation/X-ray and possible treatment/extraction that day if applicable. I tried to cancel yesterday but they couldn’t hear me on the phone, and were very shrill during the phone call. It just hasn’t been a pleasant experience, unfortunately. The dentist is a stressful situation for patients especially during pandemics and dental problems, as well as insurance changes that happen—and it would have been nice to not have been judged.
