I came from a previous dentist, who had horrible bedside manner and made me have bad anxiety about my oral hygiene that it caused me to refuse going to the dentist for 3+ years. I thought they were all the same until I met Dr. Buckler♥️ The feeling I get from his office is a friendly, No judgment, No shame atmosphere. From start to finish Dr. Buckler and his team make you feel at ease. A added bonus is that they are AMAZING with children. My 3 kiddos look forward to their cleanings with the Hygienist Celeste and seeing Dr. Adam. I highly recommend FCD to anyone 10/10🦷

I recently started going to FCD and have to say the experience there is like no other. The atmosphere is great and Dr. Buckler and his team are very friendly, helpful, and professional at everything they do. After years of dealing with a broken tooth that I was told would have to be pulled I made an appointment with Dr. Buckler and he was able to do what some said couldn’t be done. My tooth now has a permanent filling and I no longer have to deal with my tooth cutting into the side of my tongue. I will continue to use FCD for any and all dental work and would highly recommend Dr. Buckler, the dental hygienist, and the rest of the First Capital Dental crew to anyone looking to find a permanent dentist office.

I do NOT recommend this dentist office. The dentist himself was rude, the dental assistant that did my whole 15 minute cleaning gave the receptionist big eyes I’m assuming about the build up she tried getting off of my teeth which is also very unprofessional. Come to find out after visiting a different dentist office I still need a DEEP cleaning after just having them cleaned by First Capitol Dental and I don’t have half the cavities they were claiming I needed filled. They seem to only be worried about the $$. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I was lucky enough to be their last new patient for the month, and I'm very thankful for these folks as I have been going through a severe amount of dental pain. The staff are all very friendly and understanding, and the nice lady that took me to my appointment listened carefully and acted quickly to get my concerns to the doctor. I got what I needed at this moment to relieve the immediate issues, and a referral to a specialist for further work. I actually like this place a lot more than Family Dental one block over.
