The best dentist appointment I have ever had. The hygienist was a rock star! Super friendly and quick. When the dentist came in he was incredibly thorough and inclusive. He took the time to explain all my options and what they would entail. Leaving no doubt or question as to what was wrong, how's to resolve the issue, and how to keep it from happening again. 10/10

They refused to clean my teeth because they said my BP was too high? I won’t be back.

Dr. Aura and Page, I believe is her name_ we’re the best. They did an exceptional job .I really am hoping for all my teeth to be managed . I do want to continue with these two, simply bc he/she seem to be very intelligent and are educated in their field. I’m sorry if I spelled their name wrong. Thank you, Deborah Ridgeway

Nice facility and the staff will take care of you. However they're shot staffed these days and are often slammed.

Always patient, kind and no judgement. Life changing experience by starting my dental journey here. The dentists and orthodontists have been excellent and all the hygienists and support staff as well.

I went in with an emergency today. And what a surprise kind gentle people. And I wasn't overcharged or pushed to have anything done that didn't need to be done. I so appreciate all of the staff.

Update. Rude receptionist. Will not be back. The turnover is ridiculously here. We kept coming because of the friendly staff. Long story here. ⬇️ I was 6 minutes late to my dentist appt and Whitney the front desk chic turned me away. I called to say I was behind a wreck on Bridge St and was 1 minute away. She said she couldn’t take me past 5 minutes. I gave her a play by play on the phone and told her I was passing the Olive Garden (like 30 seconds from pulling in) and she still persisted on cancelling my appt. They have a strict 5 minute late policy. I asked to speak to the dentist and he “squeezed me in” 🙄 at 2:13. She said there weren’t any cancellations couldn’t get me in until next year. I asked to speak to the dentist Then he magically said someone cancelled and could get me right in. 2:00 was my appt 2:13 a spot opened up. It’s all new people too. Revolving doors here I guess On top of this they have cancelled our appointments numerous of times bc of no dentist etc. I have taken a whole day off of work and to find a substitute teacher. I have given compassion to them, but none on return. I’m switching dentist I liked Stonecreek bc I like the people that work here. But they’re not here anymore 😂 Reading other reviews about their rude experience with being 1 minute late I wrote the review below 3 years ago. Back when the same smiling faces were there ⬇️ My family loves Stonecreek Dental. My 4 and 6 year old boys actually look forward to their appointments. All 4 of us (husband included) were in at 4:00 and out at 5:00. That’s AMAZING. Friendly, prompt, excellent with children, and superlative dental hygienists and Dentists!!

I am very happy with the treatment I receive from Stonecreek Dental. The staff is friendly above and beyond. The dentist is excellent at explaining any issues that I may have. They all make sure that I know what is going on at all times. I don't think I could find a better place to have my Dental maintenance and needed care taken care of.

After being a customer of Stonecreek Dental in Chillicothe for almost 7 years, I’ve noticed in the last few years they have experienced a lot of turnover and downturns in service. But on my last visit I was treated so poorly that I will not be back. Two weeks prior Stonecreek contacted me by text and rescheduled my 6-month checkup. Instead of offering me a 4:00 time slot, they made it 3:30. I left work in Bainbridge as soon as school let out at 3:00, but with blowing snow and the cross-county drive in traffic, the drive took longer and I called Stonecreek at 3:30 to let them know I was on 23 north and would be there soon. They put me on hold where I stayed for 10 minutes until I pulled into the parking lot, so I ended the call and went in to wait to be checked in. After the wait to check in another patient, they took my name and then informed me that patients had to check in within 10 minutes of their appointment time or forfeit it. Not only was I there at 3:40, I explained this was the time they had fit me in because they had rescheduled my 4:00 appointment due to their own staff issues, and I had driven as fast as I could to get there and even called to say I was on the way but got put on hold and never got to speak to anyone. I asked that since the scheduling issue was caused by them and I had done the best I could with it, they needed to find a way to fit me in. The receptionist refused, when another staff member showed up. I explained it and the woman was VERY rude, saying “she” hadn’t rescheduled my appointment when I said it was Stonecreek’s decision to reschedule it when they did. When I continued to insist they find a way to accommodate me since it was their choice to fit me in when they did, she said “you need to leave.” This rude episode follows three other instances of shoddy service: first, they lost the record of a prescription I had been written by their dentist who had quit and they refused to refill it without me scheduling another appointment; seco

I've always felt welcomed and valued as a patient. The staff is personable and professional. Nice clean office and facilities.

Best people ever. Never have I known people that I think the world of. If I had a dentist like them 50 years ago...I would never had trouble with my teeth.

Everyone there is super nice and helpful. I’ve never had an issue. Their hygienist Cassie is amazing. She’s very thorough and I love how she explains everything.

Cassie is awesome. She did my cleaning and besides being super nice, she did a great job with my cleaning and telling me step by step everything she was doing. I love Stone Creek Dental!!!

From time I arrive for my appointment to when I leave. I am treated very professionally and always leave with a smile.

It was a dental emergency and they got me in the very next day! Everyone was nice and I got the work done quickly!
