Have been going to this Doctor for years. Has two locations and I often go to the one that is on the East Side of Cleveland. This time had an emergency and Doctor's team was able to fit me in with no wait time at the West Side office! Great service and professional staff! highly recommended.

Myself and my children have been going here for a while now. They are extremely friendly. Very helpful. Even the most severe cases I have heard them comforting other patients and assuring them that they would be cared for with ease. I am not a fan of the dentist at all. But the staff and the doctors here have made me feel welcome, have taken care of us all and explain to you everything that is going on.

So I went today to my appointment at 515 p.m. I chose this dentist because they had late appointments. Fast forward 30 min. I ask the reception is the wait b time like this all the time. She responded no there was an emergency. No one told me the situation, I had to inquire about it. So at 6 p.m I get called to the back. The appointment was for my 5 year old daughter. Elena (not sure of the spelling) was fantastic which is the only reason it received 2 stars. She was wonderful with my daughter. N explained everything I needed to know about what was going on. The doctor came in 15 min later and first thing he said "oh, another new patient". He did not introduce himself, he did not say hello anything. Great first impression. He seemed frustrated n angry. He looked at her teeth for 3 min and then he said I'm done. That was it. No x-rays or recommendations. I'm not sure if this was a one time thing but I will not find out. Maybe your experience was better than mines. But I will not be returning.
