Great experience! Staff was very friendly Melissa & Alyssa were great & Dr. Hodgson took his time to perfect my smile! I’m very satisfied. I would recommend the Brecksville office to anyone looking for a new smile & to be treated with courtesy.

I wasn't going to write a review. I had about 9 teeth get bolted out in the office. Then I had scheduled my son for his wisdom teeth. To get them out. So after the procedure done my son has a bad swelling and I did had a bad swelling too. So we called the office we told them about the problem They said that they have to see us So we went to the office we wait over the hour. Then they said the doctor is so busy cannot see us I was little upset and assume they cannot describe something for the swellan and here where she started. Start giving excuses they do not have seat for us while I said they do not have to do nothing they just have to describe some medication to get the. Swelling down so we left the office after 2 week later the swelling came back my son called them. Again in the office they really respond in a rude way to him so we hang up

I have received over 17 years of great service. From my girls up front to all those friendly faces in the back. My dental family is friendly, caring, personal, and do a great job fixing my teeth. They explain things well and make you feel comfortable. They also have care to help you get payments broken down. I highly recommend this very well taken care of dental office and friendly staff. My favorite part is the staff has been the same all these years. This helps you grow really good friendships and feel comfortable when you are a frequent flyer like me!

I was going to get wisdom teeth out, and said I wasn’t comfortable doing the operation without anesthesia. The doctor insisted on a prescription for pills that would “knock me out” and that would cause me to “not remember anything” to convince me to go through with it. I was completely wide awake and felt everything they did in my mouth, it was a complete nightmare, not to mention they left parts of my teeth in my mouth, they didn’t even extract them completely!! Horribly run, the surgeon acted like he didn’t want to be there and refused to give me nitrous oxide until my mother had to ask. Horrible location and would not reccomend to anyone

I love Hylan Dental care these guys really do take good care of you. I've been coming here for years they go above and beyond to help you and to make sure you are satisfied. If you're looking for a new dentist look no further they also have other locations as well.

I have so much anxiety every time I think about going to the dentist but the team here always puts my fears at ease. They are very patient, understanding, and talk me through the entire process. They are also very accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments.

I have had a great experience here! I hadn’t had a cleaning for a couple of years and had visited another dental place in Cleveland that quoted a very high price of all the work that would need to be done. I came to Hylan for another quote for a second opinion since I didn’t have dental insurance and found that they were a lot more transparent and accommodating with providing the services they felt I actually needed. Since then, I have noticed a large improvement in my oral health. In the past, cleaning appointments would take a long time due to the poor state my teeth and gums. Now the appointments are so much faster, which goes to show how much my oral health has improved in just the last 2 years I have been with Hylan! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Hylan dental for over 20 years. Prior I would not go, until I met Susan and her husband Dr. Hylan. Susan and her team are the best and now there daughter Loren.

Everyone is amazing here. The staff is incredible. They cater to nerves, and they’ve been a part of my life for the past 8 years or so. There’s one down the street from us but I always come here because I’m comfortable. They take great care of my husband and I couldn’t imagine going elsewhere! P.S. Sarah is the BEST!!!!

I've been going there for 20 years and have watched how they work being in the inner city as we are a church in the inner city . The Highland Dental team is tremendous they treat everyone with respect they are a blessing to their community! Keep up the Great Work. Pastor Jimmy

Couldn't afford the work I was having done, but they worked out a plan and even helped me the same day as my cleaning. My appointments are always quick and I never have any complications after! :)

Such a great place. I love it so much and have been coming here for many years. If you're looking for a place to keep up with your oral health, then look no further!

If zero stars was an option I would use that. I called to make an appointment, they call me back right away and say I can come in at 10am the next day. So I go and wait for over an hour. They start saying the doctor is out and they had a lot of emergencies. So essentially if you’re not an emergency, you’re not going to be seen. One person had their appointment cancelled and they said it was the 5th time it’s happened to them. I finally walked up and told the receptionist to just cancel my appointment. She didn’t look surprised, ask me why, or offer to book something else. She just said “ok, bye”.

Very friendly service representatives at the front desk. The dental hygienist was super cool and easy on my teeth during the cleaning. And they have great financial help with costly procedures.

They are horrible all they care about is money. I was scheduled for a cleaning and a root canal they waited until I was called in to the back room to inform me that I would have to pay. I also received a call after posting thus review from an employee apologizing and saying I could come back and have to pay nothing and asked me to delete me comment on here.
