Love dr J I brought my 7 year old in to have 4 baby teeth and a lip tie released, he made my son feel so brave for it all and was super patient… very sweet dentist, also giving my son 5$ for all his teeth!! This place is totally fishy, and I believe these people to be on par with a shifty auto mechanic. This place will be the only one to help you with an emergency, which is great... Until you realize they've now gotten you into their little game of charge $$$$$, not do the work correctly and have you come in a bunch for repeat visits that other dentists wouldn't even charge you for. Have you ever had to sign a contract right then and there, mouth throbbing, crown just barely put on, that says that you agree the crown fits well, even though there's no way to be sure just yet? You will here! They wouldn't bill my insurance for emergency services so they could get more money out of pocket. The assistant put my crown on after the doctor left the room, asking herself out loud if it was the right way it goes, almost dropping it directly down my throat. "I think it goes in this way." The crown is not on correctly, FYI. I can feel nerve pain. I will be getting a second and third opinion from other offices on the work they've done, possibly getting my lawyer involved. Yeah, it's that type of place. If you can wait, wait. Bottom line: This office is all about finding anyway they can to get money out of you.

Yes I recommend bright smiles and let telling you why. Yesterday all day long I was crying and hurting because I majorly needed a root canal. I had been to many other dentist and they had me schedule a month out before they could stop the pain. Yesterday my mom gets a hold of a life saver. Dr. Eli Jarjoura. Not only was it 10 pm at night completely after hours. Him and his assistant joe jumped out of bed with no problem to help with my emergency situation. Who does that? If that doesn’t scream amazing customer service I don’t know what does. Not to mention when I was there I was in extreme pain and had to be numb more. Dr Jarjoura was so careful and patient with me that I didn’t even feel the shot. This place will forever be the home I bring my family to for dentistry. I want to give a huge shout out to Dr. Jarjoura and his assistant Joe. You will never go wrong with bright smiles ❤️ and I am now back to smiling. Thank you so much!! ❤️❤️❤️

Needed a tooth pulled because it was infected and hurting and I was fortunate enough to find this dentist office who got me in within an hour of calling them. It didn’t take him long at all to pull the tooth out either! I would recommend 100% if you’re in pain and need to get a tooth pulled fast!

It was today, Saturday morning, I was in a lot of pain. had an emergency from tooth breaking, I have high anxiety and it’s dental work. I called several dental after hours places, Bright Smiles included. Dr Eli Jarjoura was the first to get back to me within minutes. Dentist hung up in when I was asking about emergency services. I just needed a cap reglued but he said he needed to do extra tests. I said I understand but what is the minimum cost just to flush area and reglue cap back on because I wasn’t looking for any other work done. I told him my cap is back In place and nothing feels wrong, so I understand there may be a problem I don’t know about but for today I just want the cap glued back on. I again asked him what would be the cost for him to come in on a Sunday and to reglue it. ( as I have dental insurance that I would use and schedule an appointment during normal hours if other work was needed) He got upset and said he can’t tell that and hung up on me. After this short conversation and then reading what others have said I would NOT I repeat DO NOT use this dentist unless you have no other options! Very unprofessional people skills and no understand that of a family on a tight budget!! Which I let him know on a text before he called me that I need a better quote as I didn’t want to waste his time or mine time by having him come in on a Sunday and then telling me a cost I couldn’t afford!!

Cannot say enough great things about our experience here with Dr. J. My mom has been in the process of getting an implant for over 2 years with another dentist office and lots of money. At 10PM on a SATURDAY we had a late dinner after Christmas shopping she bit into something hard breaking her tooth. In complete panic and stress over the loss of a very long road of fixing this tooth I searched high and low coming across Bright Smile. They have their 24 hour emergency line. We called and were in to the dentist before 11PM! Not only did he fix her tooth, he fixed ALL of her teeth in 1 procedure that the other dentist quoted triple the price with no warranty. She cried tears of joy when she left the dentist today. Saying that for the first time in forever she is happy to smile big, and her teeth look like they did when she was in her 20's.

The main concern for the dental staff is whether or not you are in pain. They figure out the best/easiest/cheapest way to resolve the issue causing pain. Everyone did excellent work and I was well taken care of! The emergency after hours care I received was a life saver.
