They lied about what insurance they accepted and told me the day before I'd have to pay out of pocket cause they don't accept my insurance after 2 weeks of me making the appointment

The two assistants I saw before the Dr. Were snooty and rude and lead me to want to warn others who are having tooth problems not to choose them. Did not deliver any relief or remedies to my situation. Very disappointed.

It was my first time there and dentists make me nervous. The nurse and Dentist weee so kind and understanding. Within seconds of meeting them I was relaxed and laughing

They can't seem to get it together for new customers. You'd think they have a better system considering it's a military town. I set up my appt, waited nearly a month for it and was told the day of my appt that I wasn't on the schedule. DO NOT use online scheduling system.

Awesome people at this place! Everyone was very very helpful! The dentist put things in perspective for me and the ladies up front went above and beyond! They even gave me directions to renew my driver's license! Very very highly recommend!

Alright, I originally had a good review because of the initial apt. That’s def changed! Still having jaw pain from an extraction! Was done on the same side I’ve previously had my jaw broken so I’m thinking it’s been re-fractured! Then I get a filling and he did it on the wrong tooth!!! I was a dental assistant for 10 years and they weren’t even getting tooth numbers correct! I’m still in pain! Called to cancel my apt and they couldn’t even find me! Said they’d call me back and never have then I get a bill sent for even more after I already paid on an agreed upon amount in office!

I was completely scared… never had 8 teeth removed at once but the staff took really good care of me and made sure I felt no pain….

Terrible service and communication. My son had his 1st appointment set, they got a burst pipe, cancelled his appointment on the day due to a burst water pipe and never tried to reschedule but said they would. It took months to get this appointment. Devastating
