Recently had a temporary crown replaced with permanent crown. Tried to put permanent crown on without numbing ( did not have a root canal)….almost jump out chair. Disappointed Update 11-17-2022, I found a new dentist due to issues with Dr. Burton dental work. Bottom Line Up Front, all the dental work that was done by Dr. Burton has to be redone period. My new dentist used one word to describe the work she completed (Sloppy).... Oversize fillings, overhangs, etc. every tooth she repaired in my month, (Sloppy). Please do your research before selecting this dentist. These are facts not complaints. Lastly, Dr. Burton is a very nice individual with a sense of humor.

Rude and greedy. Just because I missed an appointment, a receptionist or a dentist had a bad attitude. I apologized and was told that I would have to pay a $50 fee to reschedule. I calmly answered no, that's OK, and she hurriedly said, "We'll that's fine, k bye," and then hung up. Never again, I swear.

I visit this office in November with a tooth ache was told I would have to return in 30 days later in December to see some other Dentist that use her office from Duncan to check my tooth cause I MIGHT (I don’t like that word Might if your a professional dentist you should know what needs to be done) need a root canal in which Dr Burton can not do. So they gave me penicillin to take until my December appointment. I show up for my December appointment to be told the dentist is not there and they can make me another appointment 30 day later in January 2021. This was a 60 day waste of my time looking for a New dentist.

Everyone was nice however dds Burton can't do anything more than a basic filling. They tried to farm me out to a specialist at a much higher cost for anything other than a filling.

DO NOT choose this office for your dentist. The receptionist hung up on us twice while making an appointment. She was rude she hung up on us while we were asking questions about insurance. Also I had to put one star to post but I wanted to not give them any stars

I never leave reviews, however, I just had to share my experience! Everyone here is so professional and so kind. Ro did a cleaning on me, and she was just incredibly gentle, but also made sure I was spotless. There are quite a few dentists in Lawton, but I am so glad I chose to come here. I would also recommend this for military families, it’s right off post, and Tricare Dental Program is accepted here :)

The worst inconsiderate place that I have ever been to. The desk manger is very rude & hurtful I was supposed to have extractions done before Miss Burton went to have hip surgery , they left me hanging for 3 months. with no calls or regard to what I was going through. then when I called back she told me she would have me put on a list and then never did give me a call back & would not let me speak to any other staff.
