10/10 will definitely be making this my son’s primary dentist! They were amazing, very informed and extremely welcoming!

If you can keep an appointment, the staff are very nice. But since scheduling and keeping appointments seems to be a huge problem for them, I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere. My children's first appointment with with them was 6 months ago. I called, made the appointment, gave all of my contact information, but when we showed up for the appointment they had canceled it because they couldn't find my phone number to confirm. I used to work as a patient coordinator for a doctor, and we NEVER just canceled people's appointments just because we couldn't find their phone numbers. Very unprofessional. My kids' second appointment was supposed to be today, but I was called and asked to reschedule because they had recently lost 2 of their 3 hygienists, and the one they still had had to leave work early. Really? If you can't hold on to staff, the working conditions must be as terrible as your bookkeeping abilities. Time to find a new dentist.

Dr. Castille is second to none in her professionalism, skills, and her manner. She has a calming demeanor and an amazing team around her. The dental assistants and hygienists I have interacted with are all top notch. However, today I received a very aggressive message from Linda stating I needed to confirm my afternoon appointment or it would be cancelled. This was odd to me, as I have easily had 6 or 8 appointments in the last 10 months, and I confirmed this one the same way as all the previous ones - responding to their text asking me to confirm. I called back immediately and was met with a very kind sounding young lady who states she’s looking at the schedule and my appointment was already cancelled and filled. I am always kind to the folks at Yukon Family Dental, but Linda really puts me on edge and brings back all my anxiety about visiting the dentist. She never smiles at the desk, and I understand she has a tough job, but I am now a patient who does not want to return. It took me two years to find a dentist I trusted, but am on the search again.

I had an emergency with tooth pain. Got me in same day. Everyone was friendly. I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist but they eased my fears. I will be returning for further dental work.

Dr. Castille is an amazing doctor! She is very gentle and caring in her work. Bri assisted during my treatment today and did an awesome job, very attentive and efficient. 10/10 recommend this duo! Thank you ladies!

The staff is friendly enough but the billing department is horrible. Have called 5 times to get answers on why my bill was so high with basic cleaning, no cavities, and have 2 insurances. Each time I call, I will get “the office manager will call you back”. She has yet to call back 2 months later. This was our first visit and will be the last. Do not recommend!

We love it here. Every single one of the staff is so kind. I have 5 kids and one doesn’t do well at the dentist. She dreads going. Today she actually left with a smile and said she wants to come back. Thank you all for your patience and kindness.

The staff is great and the dentist is not rough with your teeth. They are efficient and effective.

The office staff were all extremely friendly. I was shocked that i called and was able to get an appointment so quickly being a new patient. Emma the Dental Hygentist was very thorough and explained procedures during my cleaning. Dr. Castile set me up for a treatment plan. I look forward to this being my new dentist office as a new Yukin resident. My only negative comment is that being a new patient I would have liked both the Hygentist & Dentist to have introduced themselves to me.

One of the few places to be for kiness and love, for people and for what they do. I call this place: The Angel"s place.

Friendly, helpful, so squeaky clean! I really enjoyed coming to this office and appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. I also appreciated the upfront details regarding potential costs.

Extremely nice office staff, great hygienist and dentist. New to this area so really just went with my gut feeling about this group. Walked into the office and was treated like I had been coming there for a long time.

I feel so gargantuanly blessed to have found this place!!! BTW I read the bad reviews and those people leaving them are obviously Karens with poor communication skills.
