I am beyond blessed to have found a wonderful dentistry. I had surgery today to take out a bridge MY DENTIST was wonderful along with the dentist, assistant, named Casey, Bailey and Carlene were the kindest I could ever ask for. Kelly, in accounting has been so helpful and understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone thank you all so much. You’re doing a great job. Keep up the good work. Lori 🙏

I recently had a tooth extraction. The dental assistant, Jessica, was the nicest and most pleasurable I have ever dealt with. She explained everything very thoroughly and put the needs of me...first! Very professional and humorous. She is the big reason I would refer anyone to this dental office. Major kudos to Dr. Nguyen. Since pulling my tooth. I've had almost no mouth pain...even from the extraction! I don't know how he did it....but I'm very pleased. I'm looking forward to my future appointments!

The staff made me feel welcome

Personally for me- I have had a good experience two years ago. But now I'm quite disappointed. I don't like being told something that I should have been told the first or second visit. I appreciate Carrie for the referrals and letting me know what is the possibile issue and what are the proper steps to get it done.

I have never liked the dentist before and I can now say I have found a dentist and a entire staff that is amazing! They are compassionate, easy going and all around everything one may look for when having to go in for work on your mouth! Everything from cavities , periodontal cleanings, impressions to even the billing department this is the place you want to be. I may be a difficult patient while being under twilight sleep but they handled it with grace 🙌. They got a five star from me!!!

Probably one of the best experiences I have had with a dental office in the OKC metro area. Super friendly staff and very thorough and informative about the services. Highly recommend and finally feel like my search for a dentist is now over.

Go somewhere else! Even if it’s the Okc location. I wish I would’ve never needed a Monday appointment then I would have never had to experience the absolute WORST dental visit at this Yukon office!!! The Okc location is not open on Mondays so I was scheduled here and boy do I REGRET it! They decided they were going to do work without disclosing costs that would be due immediately, failed to communicate that insurance was maxed out and give me an option if I would like to proceed or not, Decided to do more work than what was discussed at prior appointment and expected me to pay almost $4000.00 up front that could have been billed to my insurance next year because I would have waited to get right side bridge!! I told them while treatment plan was being created that I ONLY want left side done right now (smile zone purposes) the right side could and should have been done later!!! When it’s best for me!!! Instead I’m being FORCED to come out of pocket money I did not intend or budget for this year! Being upset is an understatement!

Dr Aaron is a miracle worker. He has always done excellent work for me up to and including implants. My recent expierence invovled two old implants that were done many years ago before using Smile Arts. Both crowns on the implants became damaged. He was able to replace both crowns using my old implants. Staff is great. Friendly atmosphere. When my clients are looking for a dentist, I always recommend Dr Aaron as a dentist to see.

I visited the OKC Smile Arts and this was a phenomenal experience. I havent been to the dentist since my early 20s and I'm almost 40 now. I was hesitant to come as my previous experience with another dentisy office was very negative. Smile Arts renewed my confidence in returning to the dentist. The staff were so welcoming and approachable. Each person that visited with me from the dental assistant, the hygenist, and the doctor took the time to explain everything to me to where I didn't feel misunderstood. The front desk staff was also extremely helpful and explained my Tx plan and cost which I appreciate as that is always at the forefront of my mind when receiving services. I also am really appreciative that the staff did not pressure me to do something or move forward with a procedure I was not comfortable with. They listened to me and treated my opinion as important. Thank you so much to all the staff there! Know that you are greatly appreciated!! I will refer my family and friends to you all due to your great service.

We used to like this dental office, i even brought my whole family, husband and kids here, most staff are really nice but there are few that are not like the dental assistant that my 2 yr old daughter had, i was expecting a pleasant first dental appointment but did not happen. Main reason why we decided to look for another dental clinic is because of the problem i had with the billing. I received a bill from them worth 800$ for service over a year ago, saying my copay was miscalculated because during that time it showed to them i had two insurances when i told them i only have one and the other was terminated, Monica was able to give me discount which made it down to 600$ and allowed me to make payment plans but i wished i knew around how much would be my copay before i got the service and not having to owe them this much. I asked to talk to the owner but I wasn’t directed to anybody. I understand copays varies and im willing to pay but do not surprise me with 800$ bill.
