I was told I would have 3 teeth pulled. Was also told I'd be given meds before hand for anxiety. I get to the back room and I'm told they're only pulling one tooth. They doubled numbed me on the left side but pulled the tooth from the right side. Wouldn't give me gas. Didn't give me any pain meds out the door. And when I yelped from pressure pain I was yelled at. Anxious and numb I laughed when he said I'd scare patients in the lobby. Then he snapped and said "stop! That's not funny!". Very unprofessional. Would never like to return to these people.

Had my teeth cleaned. She did an amazing job as usual. Very nice and attentive to everything. I allways leave their feeling better about my smile. The front desk are always very nice and my wait time to get back was very short. All and all it was a great visit.

Terrible dentistry. Called today to schedule an appointment for a tooth with a cavity and pain and they said they could get me scheduled for a general exam in april of 2023. Edit: Just had a tooth extracted because of advantages negligence. I scheduled an exam last year expressing pain in my upper molar. Instead of listening they decided to work on other teeth they felt needed work. If i would have been listened to originally then i would have not had to get my tooth extracted.

Dr Castle the denturist is the best!!!! He is so kind and caring. He goes the extra steps to make sure your teeth fit perfectly. He helped me feel beautiful again after 30 years. If I could I give a 1000000 stars. He changed my life. The office staff is always so polite and welcoming.

Although dental work itself is never a pleasant experience for me, the staff at Advantage are friendly and efficient and I do enjoy the rapport I have with them. They show that they truly care.

I had to switch to Advantage because my last dentist, who was good, unfortunately stopped taking my current insurance. But I have had very good care here and highly recommend it. Scheduling can be a bit far out sometimes, so try to get scheduled as soon as possible. They will also put you on a cancelation list. 👍👍

Their customer service is trash I called them and the person who answered was rude 0/10 , one star is too much Like how are you rude and entitled but you work at a dentist office like please come correct cause someone like me will humble you specifically the receptionist literally probably some of the worse customer service I’ve ever had

Dr. Jacob Gubrud and staff are fantastic. As a patient, I felt as if they truly listened to me and desired to give me the best care possible, even in emergencies.

Well, they got the tooth out. And I basically got told to be quiet while yelling in pain. I have a high pain tolerance, let me say that. But I think they maybe numbed in the wrong spot or something. They did try numbing me a second time, but then didn't wait to see if it kicked in before tugging at the tooth again. I don't like ending dentist appointments sobbing, but I did here!!!

I had a crown and a root canal done. Dr Thein and Kaylyn did an excellent job from start to finish. They made me feel comfortable throughout.

The staff and the dentists here are great and helpful, this review is not about the staff. However the emergency appointment wait times are honestly unacceptable and I feel like the priority scheduling is a bit off. If you have a dental emergency expect it take a month or so minimum. Went on a near 6 month wait to fill a cavity that fell out sometime this year, was told it was already decaying 6 months ago. I had one appointment that came two days after wisdom teeth removal so had to reschedule at last minute (I feel like I got blacklisted for this) and it was 4 more months from then.. *Update their cancellation list does work, however the tooth I ended up getting the emergency filling on was very rushed, now 4-5 months later is infected at the nerve, unsure if this was due to rushed dental procedure or not but it was so difficult to get in I had to switch providers and the new one told me I may need a root canal. Never have needed one of those either I take fantastic care of my teeth. Advantage did end up calling me a week later on the cancellation list which I appreciate I just wish I could feel secure staying with this dentist.

Saw Dr. Dillon and his assistant Angie for extraction of two wisdom teeth. They were professional and friendly, made me feel very comfortable with having the procedure done. Dr. Dhillon has amazing skills. I was surprised and relieved at how fast the extractions happened. I was in and out of that chair in less than an hour. Thank you so much!

I needed an emergency tooth extraction; it took fighting with the entire staff at advantage dental on 17th street for 4 straight days, before I was able to finally get an appointment there. At said appointment every employee that I encountered was both rude, as well as outright judgmental towards me. The nurse acted as if she were performing an execution, on her day off. The doctor took it upon himself to lie to my face about what my insurance would and would not cover, just to avoid having to do any more work than absolutely necessary. The one moment that I was not being actively offended, was the 15 minutes in which I was sure the doctor was going to inadvertently break my jaw or at least a couple healthy teeth, as he literally wrenched at my mouth with all the finesse of a caveman. I can’t wait to go back for a follow up appointment!! P.s. in reading through the other reviews on here; isn’t it amazing how 90% of the positive reviews have the exact same wording………?!

TO A WONDERFUL STAFF.THE RECEPTIONIST WER'E REALLY HELPFUL ON MY PAPER WORK. & ALSO TO OF ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS ON ANY OF THE PAPER WORK.NO HASSLES @ ALL.MY EXPERIENCE IN THE BACK WAS EVEN BETTER.PEOPLE INVOLVED WITH PROCEDURE OF PULLING MY TOOTH & MORE.LISTENED TO MY FEARS & ALSO MY CONCERNS.THEY TALKED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCEDURE.UNTIL I WAS COMPLETELY DONE.THIS WAS MY BEST EXPERIENCE @ THE DENTIST IN QUITE A LONG TIME.THEY ARE MUCH MORE KINDER THEN ASPEN DENTAL.MUCH KINDER.ASPEN DENTAL TALKS ABOUT MONEY FIRST.THEN THE PROCEDURE.

I was surprised on how fast the dentist had removed a tooth. it only took him 5 minutes to pull the tooth. And then he was done and I would go back and have the rest of my teeth taken care of

Unbelievable friendly, kind, respectful. They treat you like you are family. My insurances company wanted me to switch Dental offices. I said, absolutely not. I look forward, to going to my Dental appointments. First time in 60 years. Going to Advantage Dental on 17th and Chambers, is like the TV Show Cheers. Where everyone knows your name. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. Ask to see Dr. Thien. He’s my Dentist. Tell him hi for me. A+

Usually I have no problems been going there for years. The lady I saw today was terrible. I am still in pain from my cleaning this morning. She was real rough on my gums.

I was very nervous about my tooth being pulled but from the moment Angie greeted me I was assured that Dr Dhillon would be able to handle any problems we might face. When they were done it was absolutely the best extraction experience I have ever had.

I had the BEST experience here. I needed to get in fast for some mouth pain and they did their best to fit me in as soon as possible. From the friendly phone experience, to the professional front desk welcoming me to the assistants and dentist, I felt heard, explained and listened to. The dentist made sure that I understood what was going one as well and took his time with me. The office is updated and looking great too! I will definitely be a returning patient.
