I came in nervous about the work I would need, but everyone was wonderful. The staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome. I felt they really cared about providing quality, compassionate care. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful. The dentist and assistant i met were very kind. The hygienist I saw, Jenny was absolutely wonderful; she made me feel completely comfortable and im thrilled with the experience and results I had. I would definitely recommend them!

Jenny was absolutely fantastic. She made my visit go by so quickly and completely pain-free. I would recommend her to anybody.

Wonderful newer female Dentist and her assistant there, they actually "listen" and make an effort to keep your smile! Just her alone must be hard they need people to apply so that lower income insurance holders don't have to wait a year for their next appointment because from experience a cavity will well turn into a root canal by this time and I can't afford the outta pocket $1,500 crown to put over the root canal. Sweet lady's that work in front also.

The Dentist was very kind and gentle. I have dental anxiety and she was very patient and kept me informed throughout the filling process.

The best staff ever. Really amazing girls at the front very helpful. Called and got right in to check on some swelling in my mouth. Jenni was absolutely adorable and sweet. She's definitely a little spit fire. Very detailed orientated and made my day absolutely the best I've had in a very long time. February was a bad month for me and she made the beginning of March off with a good start. Almost can't wait to see her again for a clean in April. Lol Jenni well hopefully the spelling is right. Lol this is for you 😻🌹😁 And the dentist was really helpful with my problem. Definitely a great dentist. Just can't figure out how so many beautiful woman ended up in the same clinic. Thank you all again for your amazing help.

Always clean, professional friendly best care team, latest visit was a new team but all through before and after my pregnancy took great care. an now 2 years later great service an was out yesterday sooner than expected. thank you very much!! -🎀 JZ

Absoloutely the WORST clinic I have ever been to and Ive had some pretty bad experiences. I scheduled my appointment for a simple exam and explained that Ive had pain where a root canal was recently done by them as well and the soonest I could get in was 4 months away. I scheduled it and showed up 8 minutes late - and the receptionist didnt assist me right away (THE CLINIC WAS EMPTY, NO OTHER CLIENTS IN SIGHT) and at 8:12 she then asked me my name and said it was past the 10minute window and I couldnt be seen. She immediately said the next opening is in JUNE of 2023. Its October. NINE MORE MONTHS OF A WAIT. And she did not seem to show any kind of care in the world. She didnt even smile once. I shouldnt hVe needed to return for pain where a root canal was done in the first place. I am extremely upset and will never be coming back to Advantage Dental. I would recommend this place to NOBODY. Literally, just go anywhere else.

The wait time between appointments is crazy I just needed a cleaning some teeth pulled then some false teeth they were 5 months apart I missed a app guess what another couple months to wait as I'm going through pain and issues I didn't feel like they cared I have to change dentist so I can have sooner appointments

Staff is friendly and Dr. Seaberg communicates thoroughly and does a fantastic job.

I have noticed a lot of changes for the better. My son had his first appointment with a dentist a few years ago. The Dentist and staff were all wonderful. He still sees the same wonderful dentist. They take the time and have the patience to make my son feel safe and at ease. He has no fear of the dentist and that's a big deal for anyone. Thank you to the whole office for making our dentist visit a great experience! We do recommend this office to others. Our son is now turning seven in a month and looks forward to his teeth cleaning every time. Our whole family enjoys the cleanings. We are very pleased with this Eugene team.

I've had an initial examination and then came back for a cleaning. Both of my appointments were flawless from the courteous front desk to the attention to detail received at my cleaning. The dentist went over their plan for my teeth and the pros and cons of different choices. I felt informed along the way and that I have caring professionals guiding me along the way. I would highly recommend them.

While I did need to wait 6 mths for my new patient/exam appt, the care I received at every level at my first appt was great! I did make sure to call back and ask if there was a cleaning scheduled as well at my new patient/exam appt & it's not part of that but they got me scheduled for a cleaning the same day as my exam appt. The ladies at the front desk were also very nice and helpful with scheduling future appts. The x-ray tech was pleasant. The dentist was nice and explained some new-to-the-states options for cavity protection that can be added at the end of cleanings and the evidence based practice behind it. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was fantastic! I wish I had gotten her name. She cleaned my teeth so well with a 3 step process of a water device, then the usual metal plaque removing tools, and then the final polishing and flossing steps and my teeth felt so clean afterwards! If you have to wait for an appt for awhile due to lack of dentists at the office, I know that can be a bummer, but you will receive excellent care once you're there!

I love this dentist office

I just went to a new dentist and they informed me that all of the fillings I received at Advantage Dental were leaking and poorly done ("sloppy" is the word he used). I was also informed I had more cavities than I was previously told and that I was in fact grinding my teeth, which is something I brought up to my dentist at Advantage. The turnover at Advantage is too high to sustain such a high patient caseload and it is clear from the customer service that everyone there is overworked. It poses a real threat to human health and I think everyone deserves better than this in their dental care. It is a broken system and Advantage Dental is a victim of it. If you have OHP, you can switch your dental provider!!!! It might not be much better in terms of care received, but you do have options and more importantly, you have a voice! Let OHP know the quality of care you are receiving is not in line with the Affordable Care Act.

I’m tired of the way advantage runs their practice. They have cancelled my appointments which take months to get, and then make another appointment which takes months to get. I made cleaning appointment only to find office was shut down. It was last summer when it was really hot.I. Don’t drive and had to wait in the hot sun until my cab came to take me home. I felt like I was getting heat stroke. I was never informed. I guess they thought it was my problem. I have them 1 star because their open. I would recommend them to no one
