Dr. Laleh is a gem! I have severe dental anxiety, and she’s always supportive and understanding. She goes slow and allows me to take breaks if needed during procedures. She gives encouragement and support without telling me that what I’m feeling is wrong as other dentists have done (i.e. she doesn’t say something like “You don’t need to feel anxious.”). Her staff is always helpful and nice too. I’m fairly noncompliant with my dentistry upkeep due to the fact that I have such severe anxiety. Dr. Laleh is always up front about what is happening and what needs done, she does her job with educating me, BUT I don’t ever feel like I’m being scolded or shamed. She works with what she’s got with me as I’m not a star patient. She always remembers what has been happening in my life, even if it’s been quite awhile since I saw her last. The fact that she takes that kind of time to get to know her patients truly is a sign that she cares.
