Wonderful friendly people, But I dont expect to spend near $2000 on a extensive cleaning and have another dentist a month later recommend that it be re-done and that it wasnt a very though cleaning.... Just sayin’

I came to Harmony Dental after being referred to the office from a coworker. I have a lot of dental anxiety and felt very comfortable with the office in the beginning. Dr and hygienist were quick to push me to another office with no explanation to why. Why do I need to go somewhere else? I feel comfortable with you, why can’t you do the procedure. Especially with Covid-19, I don’t want to go to another office! No one explained anything to me! Explain to your patients what is going on. You will not earn my business. If anyone out there is reading this with anxiety, this is not the dentist for you.

I have never had a problem with a dentist not making adjustments for charges based on what the insurance company claimed as reasonable and customary. The staff in the office was very nice, but the charges billed were the highest I have ever seen. I have great insurance and a standard cleaning should not, and never has cost me $330. Make sure you get a pre-treatment guarantee of what you will be charged. My printed estimate of covered costs showed 100% estimated coverage, but I was billed an extra $122 after insurance payments... They are very assertive with collecting every last penny. Beware of the possibility of being charged very high dental fee's.
