I can't thank Terri Baarstad and Mel, Cary, Victoria and Kris for all their amazing dental care. These ladies all take great care of me! Today we got my final 2 crowns on after my root canals. This should mark the end of this bad time of infected teeth in my head with 3 abcesses. Everything's sealed up nicely with some beautiful work done by amazing dentist! To probably 40 dentist in my time on earth. Terri Baarstad by far, is the very best I've ever seen. I'm immensely grateful for their good work, especially during the pandemic.

On more than one occasion they have shown up late to the appointment. I show up to a 8am appointment at 7:45, no one is in the office. The door is wide open and they are obviously open for business, but no one there. Okay, no problem, I’m a pretty patient guy I sit down and wait. 20 minutes go by and other patients come in and join the wait party, but now it’s 8:05 and no one is still around. It’s still not a big deal things happen, but they are officially late for the appointment they set. Five more minutes later, still nothing, but I still have work to get to so I leave. When we call to tell them I was there, but they weren’t, it becomes my fault because I didn’t wait long enough. If this was the first time this happened I don’t think it would have bothered me much. You know, life happens. But it was like the third time. I found out they schedule they team meetings at the same time, which is poor planning, but blaming the patient, that’s unprofessional.

I have been going to Dr. Terri Baarstad's office for quite a few years now! So pleased with my recent 12/9 appointment-thought it was going to be a crown, instead a filling was done and my dental (and wallet) life is so much better :) HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL OF YOU AT BOTH OFFICES!!

I spent a lot of my savings at this dentist in 2007ish they did a good job but I didn't go back. They left me alone with a dental dam in for 25 minutes, joked and spoke to each other as if I was not even there then continued this while working on me. I hope they have improved their Self Satisfied Attitude.

Just got home from having a broken front tooth fixed by the SmileAlive team, they did a wonderful job and were so friendly and kind throughout. I have been to a lot of dentists and so far this is the best place I have gone to. They focus on preventative care as well as immediate care, and they are aware and concerned with how you want your teeth to look instead of just fixing them and sending you on your way. I am very impressed!

I have tremendous anxiety about the dentist, but these folks do a tremendous job of putting me at ease! A patient here since 2009, they’ve always been easy going, informative, and efficient. I’m very happy with the care they provide my family.

Both my wife and I are members of this, most prestigious, "Dental club". We both feel fortunate to have found the best Dental Care that exists. That includes everyone involved at Smile Alive.
