Everyone is super friendly!

It was very pleasant to have my teeth cleaned.

My dental hygienist is always amazing and tells me what I need to know.

Hounding me for a $70 “deductible” for 3 years now when I only received a cleaning. My insurance covered preventative appointments with a $25 co-pay. I disputed the charge on the phone, never heard back, and continued to receive emails and text messages asking for the full amount. Wouldn’t recommend. Send it to collections. 👍 -Karen

I almost thought it were impossible to have *my teeth repaired to last. *Dr. *Min performed a great awesome work on crowning my front teeth, after a battle with tooth loss/tooth decay. The first appointment my son had there was wonderful. The next appointment he had well they decided to fill with another client because I didn't receive the text message so the appointment wasn't confirmed. I didn't receive a call the work day before so I had no awareness that I was suppose to confirm an appointment for Monday. I had to travel an hour only to be told his appointment was filled by someone else. To top it off, the doctor wasn't even there so a comprehensive exam couldn't even be done. Oye! Definitely not sure where the office missed the marks on this so if you live in Eugene and have a flexible schedule then it's a wonderful office but if you live outside of the Eugene area and have to work around a work schedule, it's hard. I have to say when they scheduled the first time to see my son they were able to get him so for that it was a good experience but this most recent one was not.

Great experience. Friendly staff from the receptionist taking appointments, dental hygienist Maykala, dental assistant, to DDS Garcia. Definitely recommend if need any work done on your teeth.

My experience with the hygienist was fantastic. However, the experience with the dentist was suboptimal. I do not expect my dentist to be my bff but when approaching me as a patient there should be an introduction and at least a question about what are my main concerns. On both appointments my dentist did not even say hi. As health professionals is important for us to make sure that our patients feel like people and not just bodies we use to perform procedures.

I went in to have 2 crowns replaced. I have high anxiety, but Dr. Gawley is so skilled and compassionate and Kristen is so knowledgeable and kind; I was able to lean into the procedure. They took the time necessary to get a perfect shade and fit. I am over-the-moon thrilled with Smiles Dental.

because I had to reschedule twice due to a sick child, I was told I had to pay $50 when I came in for my next appointment I fired smiles dental!

I loved my hygenist, she was concious and efficient with her work.

My first dental appointment in a few years and everyone made me feel so comfortable! Nicole was great and we had fun chatting in between things!

Kayla is very patient and does an excellent job.

This was my first dentist appointment since moving to Oregon and I must say it was a pleasant experience. I was attended too quickly. No long wait. My dentist was nice and approachable. She immediately made me feel comfortable. She let me know what we were going to do (before doing them) and informed me of what each thing was used for and what issues I had and how I could improve the quality of my teeth. She answered any questions I had with enthusiasm; overall it was a good experience.

Great staff, always polite and efficient
