I made an appointment for my wisdom teeth to be pulled they got me in the next day after see what I needed to be done, both the doctor and the dental nurse was amazing they said I was there best patient I only felt a little stabbing in the mouth but it wasn't unbearable overall I got to say they are the best dental care I've ever seen definitely become a regular patently 5* 10/10 they even let me keep my teeth lol I know I'm weird.

Worst dentist I’ve been to. Been to many good ones over the years who take their time with patients. Everything was done in a huge rush especially the gum check and no cleaning in first visit. Never seen anyone do it that fast. No possible way it was done correctly. They charge you an extra $30 for a cancer screening and the kicker is when I checked out, the lady up front said I had gingivitis and they wanted to give me some medicated paste for $380. The doctor and the hygienist never talked to me about this. The doctor should be the only one telling you these things not the person checking you out. What a SCAM!!

One of the worst experiences, 1st off when making my 1st appointment they said they would be able to do a root canal in house, after waiting days to be seen, they said they don’t do root canals and then tried to sell me $24,000 worth of dental work and sent me elsewhere, as I sit her in excruciating pain writing this. I was awaiting to get a root canal that I had to have rescheduled and they were two months out. My tooth got infected yesterday and I’ve been in so much pain. I called today to see if I could get a prescription for antibiotics as my root canal is on Tuesday. The front desk lady said that she would call me right back. I waited 4 hours and then I called back and they were closed at 12pm for the weekend. I called the emergency line and then got a call back from Aspen saying that the dentist I went to see was no longer working there and would have to come in and get rescheduled for them to get me a prescription and would have to be next week. The lady that called was very rude and very unprofessional. I’ve never been treated like this from a professional setting especially being a patient in so much pain. I will no longer be a patient here.

We're able to get me in same day I phoned. My bridge had fallen out due to a tooth breaking. They will be able to do a root canal to fix it.
