If you can find another dental office please do! gentle dental has mixed up appointments details, office ladies were incredibly rude and argumentative and kept messing up my wife’s appointment and have troubles with calling back. With a horrible tooth ache in office early the proceded to argue instead of offfer solutions to help the patient like a good dental care provider should and for these reasons is why I warn against going here for your dental needs if they just would have provided solution instead of made everything a problem this review could have Been positive! Never coming back here again!

After having been to a couple of other dentists, the folks at Gentle Dental have been my daughter's favorite. They are kind and took time with us. Like everywhere else it's not always easy to get a quick appointment but we've gotten lucky and took advantage of cancellations. Their office is clean and relaxing.

The oral surgeon is a butcher. Apparently I was supposed to have a large dose of antibiotics the night before, I even talked to him the day before and he never said anything about it until I showed up for my extractions. He gave me a huge dose 15 minutes before my procedure. Then he came in and said we are going to start, he comes at me with the needle to numb me, and no joke, started jabbing me, the inside of my mouth he jabbed so hard he hit bone, I've been fighting infections for 4 days after. At one part I said I could feel pain and he tells me "oh you'll be ok" then he said he was going to stitch me up, which I wanted because I'm on blood thinners, he then said nevermind I'm not going to stitch me up, I bled so bad that night, I ended up getting bronchitis from the blood drainage all night.

Dr. Philip La Lande is an excellent dentist. Thorough, efficient and always willing to accommodate my concerns. I'm completely satisfied with the work he's done. The same goes for his assistant Trina. Taylor did a great job deep cleaning my teeth with none of the pain I was expecting. Everyone at the front desk has been very kind & helpful reaching out with cancellations and getting me in months before my scheduled appointment. Thank you!

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Back in OCTOBER my wife had an appointment for a cavity fixing, so she requests time off and the morning of the appointment they call to cancel because the dentist isn't in today. So we reschedule for November and the SAME EXACT thing happens. "Sorry our dentist isn't in today lets reschedule you for January." Explain to me please why the dentist WASN'T IN AGAIN and we have to "reschedule" AGAIN. At that point i said no thank you and we are finding a new dentist. Unbelievably unprofessional and unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend a dog to come see you guys.

My stepson just had 3 teeth pulled and he said it was 'brutal'. He had never experienced such pain. His dentist certainly wasn't gentle, compassionate or friendly. I'll never go there again.

Truly Amazing place and Phenomenal staff Delighted with very little pain compared to other dentist's I had in the past. They are truly kind and thoughtful there ☺️

All I wanted was a refural to a dentist that would sedate me for the work I need done. They refused and suggested that l needed all of my teeth pulled the day before Thanksgiving. I'll never go back. In my opinion no one should ever go there.

Amazing experience. Very reassuring and considerate to my anxiety while having my teeth pulled. This was the most positive experience I've ever had at a dentist.

I have issues with almost everyone here. Tiffany doesn’t seem to care about your complaints and is a bit snobby. Amanda isn't friendly at all, she yelled at me one time because I was a bit late. Dr. Marynak literally makes fun of and insults your teeth. She is a bully and will make you feel bad about your teeth. Dr. Freeman put a temporary crown on my badly decayed tooth and didn't even re-crown it after it fell off. I had to tell him to. Seriously? I had to tell a dentist how to do his job? When he put the new temporary crown on that tooth, he told me it would be fine for several years. Several months later I ended up suffering from extreme pain and had to get the tooth pulled. Now I have to spend several thousand dollars on an implant because he was negligent and did not do what he should have done to preserve my tooth. He never prescribed a fluoride toothpaste or did any other kind of preventative care even when he saw I was suffering from poor dental health. He just let me suffer and treated the problems after it was too late. He also put a filling on my front tooth without telling me and then drilled it off. Dr. Kannan is extremely rough, she will manhandle your teeth and doesn’t care if she causes pain. She sent me home with a gaping hole in my tooth and called it a day. Incompetent! My new dentist is having to replace ALL of the fillings that I had done here. If you value your teeth, you should absolutely avoid this place. It is the worst place you could ever go. They will make your teeth so much WORSE!! The people giving this place 5 stars must be getting paid to.

Too bad it's not possible to give zero stars!!! Tiffany is rude!!! Do not go to this dump of dentistry!! It would be better to pull your own tooth with a pair of pliers as to go to this place. They lost my dentures, and then refused to own it. In other contact, I was treated in a very condescending manner. They demonstrate no respect to the patient. I also looked at consumer affairs ratings of gentle dental. The majority of ratings are one star. So many reviews can't be wrong!!

Excellent dentist and team! My 12 year old son had his cavity filled today and said he felt peaceful during the procedure. The dentist and hygienist did a wonderful job explaining to my son what was happening each step of the way and they let me, Mom, sit in the room with him!

I got no less than four reminders (texts and emails) to be on time for my appointment. I made it on time. I waited over half an hour and no one said a word to me. I was told when I had a call back that it would be a quick appointment so I planned my day around this. After waiting half an hour, I went to ask for another appointment as even a quick appointment would now make me late for other appointments made. I was met with "sometimes appointments take longer than expected". I said that wasn't an issue but now it didn't work for me. I was met with "It may happen again". If it does, can you please inform me when I come in? I can use that time. Why is my time not important? Why couldn't someone have told me that they were behind and I would have an extended wait when I walked in? I understand staffing shortages and emergencies. Just let me know that you are behind. I am now wating another 5 weeks. I am sure y'all can DO Better!

This place is so disorganized I was called in several times for the same thing then denied the end result they threw my partial away and made another without the insurances approval and refuse to give it to me now wanting to charge me after they threw mine away guess what throw the one you made me in the trash this is by far the worst dentist office I have ever been to very rough doctors as well the denturist has no idea what is going on please save yourself a headache and seek elsewhere

Gentle Dental is the best dentist I have been to. They are very caring people. Mike did my dentures. He worked with me for over a month intill they were perfectly fitted. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Thank you
