I've been going to this dentist ever since I moved to Oregon from Florida 9 years ago. They have always been great from the hygienists to the doctors, especially Dr. Goei. She is a fantastic medical provider and makes me feel comfortable when I'm there. My husband hadn't gone to a dentist for almost 20 years out of fear, but the team at Southern Oregon Dental changed that completely. My husband now looks forward to his 6 month cleanings as do I. We love our hygienist, Annie, and we can't recommend her and the team there enough!

Excellence all around. From scheduling, to personal care, to how I and my teeth feel when I leave - I am grateful to have found this place and am continuously stoked for my next Dentist appt.

Overcharged, didnt apply payments made. Dentures do not fit right and then wanted MORE money for realightment after poor fitting. Avoid at all costs.

Suuuuuper irritated and will NOT be going to them again. I live 45 min outside of town, I arrive at my first appointment with them (basic X-rays etc) I walk in and she tells me they didn’t get my insurance 100% verified so I’ll have to pay $117 until they can. I booked my appointment over a week ago, it takes 5 minutes to verify insurance. The front desk lady said that their insurance girl was out of town last week and just got back Monday(today is Friday) and then she proceeded to tell me that she didn’t find out till last night that it wasn’t 100% verified and until they do I’ll have to pay the $117. I go out to my car, call my insurance company and they tell me right off the bat that if I am at an office in network, preventative care is 100% covered. That took me 2 minutes to find out. I go back in and the lady at the front desk just says “im not the insurance girl, there is nothing I can do” Super unprofessional, I rearranged my entire day to make this appointment and wasted a ton of gas, which is almost $6 a gallon at the moment.

Friendly office and top notch service! The doctors are awesome...you won’t feel a thing! Combined, the dentists here have a lifetime of experience. They take full xrays as well as photos to visually show patients where and why treatment is needed. All three doctors here are gentle, kind and happy to explain multiple treatment options. The fees are competitive and when compared with treatment plans given at nearby offices, often lower in cost but not quality.

Ive been going to them for a few years and have really loved my dental hygenist and fully put my trust in them. I was really happy. HOWEVER; Last october they informed me that my daughter had 11 cavities and it would be around $6000 to do the work. Im a cash paying single mother and was pretty stressed out by this news. My daughter went to go visit her grandmother recently and grandma hearing of the situation took her to her dentist out of town. Low and behold, ZERO CAVITIES. He was impressed with her dental health. I then requested a copy from southern oregon dental of my daughters treatment plan, and had them go over it with me. They reiterated that there were indeed 11 cavities. When i informed them that we had gotten a second opinion and those results, the woman on the phone started back peddling, and informed me the dentist would call me. I never heard back from them. Id recommend them for cleaning and maintenence if you dont already have a dentist. They are thourough in this capacity. However DO NOT TRUST THEM. Get a second opinion.

All I can say is, thank you. My pain was so severe, I was ready to stick a pair of pliers in my mouth. Nobody would take me in until Monday. This place sqeezed me in. True community support.

OVER THE TOP great service. I'm newer to the area and thought I had great dentist before, but Southern Oregon Dental has proven me wrong. These are absolutely the kindest people on the planet. We had Sarah, Annie and Dr. Arrogotti help us out and we loved every single one of them. Annie is obviously amazing with children, and had our kids giggling and actually enjoying their dentist experience. When Annie walked away for a moment, my son (age 7) whispered to me, "Is she like, the #1 Dentist or something?" It was the cutest thing, I asked him to tell her to make her day. The kids haven't stopped talking about her. Absolutely love this place and the people.

I have never before had a dentist be so gentle with my tooth extraction. It took 20 minutes of wiggling before it popped out cuz I have very stubborn teeth. He stayed patient and gentle. No other teeth were damaged in the process. I've before had dentists yank so hard we were both sweating. I've had a dentist yank so hard with his knee on my chest- only concern was getting it out. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dentist that has compassion.

Dr Daniel Arrigotti is a dental miracle worker. He is gentle, kind, and overall compassionate. He can treat almost any dental issue. His ideas preserved my teeth and fixed my jaw. He is a healer. Ask for him, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent, thoughtful, above-and-beyond design and installation of full dentures! It could have been a nightmare for an 81 year old male but they pulled it off in about 5 months (including extractions and recoveries). The dentures look great and are working very well.

Implants, crowns, bridges and fillings; I've had them all done here and have been totally happy with all the work they have done. I recommend them without a doubt. The best in the area!

Called the emergency line and the on call dentist gave me an appointment for the next morning. I go to the appointment and they don't have me on the schedule, they don't even know who I am. They ask if I want to wait around for the next open spot if someone cancels, no thanks. Went to Bright Dental, got me in that day, even scheduled oral surgery for the next day. Thanks SOD for the crappy service, it got me set up with other people that knew what they were doing.

Told them need extraction did exam referred to other dentist but i got to pay them exam and new doctor also said have to pay them so i got canned out of my hard earned money... Why didnt they just say man that tooth is bad go to a real dentist thank southern oregon dental for my time and my money genuinely upset i work my ass off you should feel ashamed for not helping me with my tooth and taking my money for nothing. Thank you

I'll start off with saying, I have had a lot of dental work. I've seen several dentists here and while not terrible, not one has had the compassion and care that Dr Sara has. Her staff is incredible and not once have I had them treat me less than stellar. It's not always easy to find someone who can do the kind of work Dr. Sara does and without judgement. In fact I just had an implant done and it was effortless! Looking forward to many more years of this amazing kind of care.
